La plus grande concentration de bâtiments du patrimoine de grade 1 de Nouvelle-Zélande. C'était la maison du Canterbury College, Boys and Girls High, mais il a été réaffecté en centre artistique pour respecter son passé - maintenant avec plus de 40 locataires à saveur artistique. C'est fabuleux !
