Very informative...

Very informative experience with Derrick, Christina and Co. It was great getting to know the ones and outs of how their delicious chocolate is created. Bought lots to take home and will definitely return.

Exceptional value for money and extremely informative and interesting.

Exceptional value for money and extremely informative and interesting. If you are looking for something a little different, that is informative, interesting and fun, try this. Tour is around an hour, but hours did go over as lots of interaction with our host Derek. Learn about chocolate, how it is made, even how you can make it at home. Lots of differnt tastings, including ice cream. Dereks is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and knows his subject. This was a really brilliant way to spend a morning in Barbados doing something a bit different. My wife and I went with a friend and all three of us had a fantastic time.

This experience was a...

This experience was a delight! Derrick, the owner, was a great guide to the process of chocolate making, providing plenty of samples along the way. Fun and informative - we had a blast, and feel confident enough to try making some chocolate at home, too!

The best factory tour

It was one of the best Chocolate factory tours we have ever had (and we have been to many). The information was amazing and so informative. The owner was so knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. We loved it! And the chocolate was delicious! Thank you!

Heavenly Chocolate Barbados

Locally produced chocolate factory with a 1.5 hour experience of tasting the chocolate and demonstration of how it is produced. The talk is done by the owner. At the end complimentary ice cream is given at the end.

A fun experience

It was an excellent tour showing us the chocoate making process from pod to packaging. It also includes a brief history lesson, such as The Mayans would have chocolate at weddings etc. Fortunately it included samples of their home-made bars, (The Rum Caramel was rather special) and home-made ice-cream. The entire tour was intimate, only 5 of us that day so we each got special attention. I would recommend for children and even grown adults who love a bit of chocolate. Glad I went.

An absolute MUST do!!

Have never done a chocolate tour before and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it! Derek was fantastic - very informative. That man knows a lot about chocolate! Very interesting. Learned so much about the whole process of making chocolate from scratch, even got to make our own chocolate. The samples were super tasty and the ice cream was a welcome addition at the end of the tour. Absolutely would recommend it to everyone!

Fascinating and Yummy

Derek gave us a fascinating insight into what it’s like to run a boutique chocolate brand, from cacao bean to bar. There was tasting throughout which kept our younger one interested (although being darker chocolate it wasn’t necessarily her ideal) but seeing the machines working and tasting it at various stages held our interest. Perhaps younger ones wouldn’t enjoy it as much as the teens or grown ups. Still, she had a good time, as did we.
