Vous pourrez également visiter la cascade, assister à la transformation de la canne à sucre et, pour finir, participer à l'atelier de chocolat où vous pourrez confectionner votre propre tablette de chocolat. Itinéraire
Alajuela, une province du nord du Costa Rica, abrite des volcans actifs, une forêt tropicale humide et des marécages de plaine. Le parc national du volcan Poás tire son nom d'un imposant stratovolcan. Près de son sommet se trouve la Laguna Caliente, un lac extrêmement acide situé dans un cratère parsemé de geysers.

We had read all the reviews and I have to say that it really was the most fantastic experience, appealingly it wasn’t a large mainstream tour but very small and personal and frankly, all the better for it, with our family of 4 having the tour to ourselves. Fabricio and Monica were very welcoming, relaxed and highly knowledgeable. Fabricio’s enthusiasm and wide depth of knowledge for the subject covering history, nutrition and politics as well as ecology of cacao and coffee cultivation and processing was both infectious and remarkable. Well done Fabricio we have all left enthused and excited. As part of the tour we got to experience a delicious natural cocktail drawn from ingredients growing in the plantation including turmeric, ginger and starfruit etc; taste the delicious coffee and make our own chocolate. All of this was topped off by a visit to their enchanting 30ft waterfall and plunge pool. Absolutely amazing, can’t recommend more highly! If we could give more starts we would have done!
The family who runs the farm are the sweetest! We had an amazing time learning everything about local coffee and chocolate traditions. Our guide Fabricio is the best, super knowledgeable and entertaining.
This tour was one of our favorites. It is family owned and operated. It was also very educational and interactive. The guide and family really take pride in their farm and teaching about the culture. This was recommended by Emma Terra on YouTube and so glad we took her advice!!!!
The entire tour was amazing 😍 Fabrizio was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable also very clearly explained the entire process of the coffee and chocolate journey. We learned so many things that we never knew. Thank you to all the family members that welcomed us. Everyone should choose this experience over any other!!
Best experience knowing the process of making chocolate, from the cocoa bean and coffee. Fabricio and Monica were outstanding guides and hosts. They took their time to give us a great experience for our group of 6. I highly recommend!

This tour was better than expected. Our guide, Alexis, was very personable and knowledgeable. This experience was very hands- on: we got to taste fruits right from the tree, make and taste our own chocolates and learn the process of coffee making. I highly recommend this tour! It was a small farm with a muy grande impact.

Truly an amazing experience. We learned so much about the different fruits, trees, culture, etc. If you want to taste delicious fruit, cocao, chocolate, coffee etc it is a must!
