It was a great experience. The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the place and explained things very well in English.
We booked the express Chichen Itzá tour from Valladolid through Premier adventures and Jerry was our amazing guide. We lucked out as it was just us and so the experience was personalised. Jerry was brilliant in answering questions we had as well as making general conversation to and from the site. He also was really helpful with advice about on onwards travel based on his personal experience. A big thank you to Jerry 😁
Excellent English-speaking tour guide, enough time to explore Chichen Itza without feeling too rushed.
Easy booking, swift communication, smooth ride, fabulous driver, entertaining and very knowledgeable guide, just the right amount of time, heading off just before the intense midday heat strikes. I loved it!! Thanks heaps.
Chichén Itzá is a magical place with so much history! Jerry and Carlos were our guides. The tour already starts off great on the bus, where Jerry—using a headset—shares some background and history. He has an incredible amount of knowledge, is spontaneous and friendly, and speaks excellent English. Carlos is still in training but does his very best to help, answer questions, and is always there with a smile! There is cold water available and a snack before or after the tour of Chichén Itzá. There were even umbrellas on the bus, which is no luxury—it can get very hot, so be sure to bring plenty of water and a cap. Since April 21, it’s no longer allowed to bring a large backpack for security reasons, so make sure to plan ahead. I personally didn’t go to the cenote since I’ve already seen a few (it’s optional, but I chose the express tour). I would absolutely recommend this tour—especially with Jerry as your guide!
We participated in the Tour Express which lasts about 4 hours. Our guide was Jerry who has a very good English pronunciation and was very good at explaining concepts about the Mayan people. They provided us with sun umbrellas, snacks and bottles of water. Very nice and relaxing day. Super recommended!!!
This tour gave me exactly what I wanted: a smooth ride to Chichen Itza (Mariam, the driver, was amazing!) and an experienced tour guide at the site which gave all the details of this majestic site. Rahel, the guide, was knowledgeable and I really enjoyed his explanations, I learned so much about Chichen Itza and all the math involved behind the construction of the site. The van departed on time and they even gave us coffee at the tour office. I totally recommend this tour!
I took the express tour which includes only the view to Chichen Itza and is exactly as described. The tour is very well organized but the best thing by far was the guide, Jerry. Jerry was super friendly and attentive and the best thing is that he has a knowledge about the site and the Maya huge. After the guided tour, we had about 45 min free which passed very quickly and, although they were not enough to explore the rest of the site in its entirety, gave to see quite a lot.
Really good experience. I didn’t want to do the touristy stuff (chocolate factory & big cenote swims) so this ticked our needs - Chichen Itza site plus transport. Jerry - our guide - was brilliant. Excellent English and superb knowledge.
This tour is very convenient and comfortable. It avoids parking, finding a guide once you are there and the early morning start time avoids the hottest part of the day. Gerry is an excellent guide. Very educated and knowledgeable.
