C'est une collecte sélective. Voici les instructions étape par étape :
ÉTAPE 1 - Vérifiez votre téléphone
À l’atterrissage, vous recevrez un SMS avec les informations du conducteur et de la voiture
ÉTAPE 2 - Accédez à la zone de récupération des bagages
Suivez les panneaux indiquant la zone de récupération des bagages (LL) même si vous n'avez enregistré aucun bagage
ÉTAPE 3 - Contactez votre chauffeur
Une fois prêt à partir, bagages à la main, localisez la porte de sortie 2LL et contactez directement votre chauffeur (appel ou texto)
ÉTAPE 4 - Attendez sur la voie du milieu
Sortir, traverser la 1ère voie et attendre sur la voie du milieu (voie de la limousine). Le chauffeur devrait être là dans les 5 minutes.
IMPORTANT - si vous ne pouvez pas entrer en contact directement avec le chauffeur, veuillez appeler notre bureau. Nous sommes ouverts 24/7.
On suit tous les vols entrants. Si le vol est retardé, le chauffeur sera à l'aéroport en fonction de l'heure d'arrivée réelle.
Si nous N'AVONS PAS de nouvelles de vous pendant le temps d'attente inclus, le voyage sera NO-SHOW et le client sera facturé en totalité. Preuve d'appel/texto/GPS journaux disponibles. Les frais d'attente supplémentaires doivent être perçus par le conducteur.
60 minutes de temps d'attente gratuit pour toutes les prises en charge à l'aéroport, après quoi des frais d'attente s'appliquent.

Very efficient, pleasant ride to the airport from downtown Chicago
This trip from downtown to Chicago was really easy to book on line, letting me choose the type of car needed, and I thought the fee was very reasonable. Our driver showed up 5 minutes early and we were messaged that he was there. He was polite and helpful, a great driver, and let us off at our airline. The ride was very comfortable, and I trust if there was any change we needed, such as in temperature or music, it would have been done.
Overall a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely use them again.

Airport transfer - visiting family
We had a great experience with Echo. Our ride was prompt, courteous and made sure we had the correct address (residential area) before he drove away. It took the stress out of the drive from Midway to north side of Chicago to visit family. Same for our return trip. Our driver was on time and very pleasant. Both vehicles were comfortable and clean. I would definitely use again.

Great Echo experience
Due to the distance to our accommodation, we took the recommendation of a family member and used Echo Limousine. I'm officially spoiled! We had an excellent driver and a comfortable ride. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Midway Transport & Stretch Limo
I traveled from Seattle to Chicago to meet several friends from all over the US to attend the Styx concert at Tinley Park. I used Echo Limo for my round-trip transfer from Midway to my friend's home in Plainfield. My drivers were all wonderful. Cordial, and on-time. I also wanted to book a stretch lime for ladies' night out so we could relax, party, and enjoy one another and not worry about driving. When I called to check availability, all their stretches were already booked. However, Matthew @ Echo Limo made some calls and within an hour, he had rearranged some bookings and secured one of Echo's own stretch limos for us! Our chauffeur, Alfredo, was fantastic! Despite an incorrect address and a hotel that was difficult to access, he was patient and accommodating and made our evening a once in a lifetime experience! Matthew and Alfredo both provided exceptional service and the airport transfer drivers were excellent as well! I will definitely use Echo Limo anytime I return to Chicago.

Great communication
