Les végétariens et les végétaliens sont les bienvenus - bien que la majorité de la culture Tapiscos soit à base de viande et de poisson, nous aborderons également au moins un ou deux plats à base de plantes. What an amazing adventure. I love a good market and Priscilla was the best person to follow through Mercado do Bolhao. She was engaging and informative and introduced us to some of the vendors. Then it was back to cook. Each person had an opportunity to do different jobs, culminating with a most delicious meal. I would recommend this to everyone.

Very fun experience! Getting to cook the food was very fun. I will warn that this experience involves a lot of seafood, so keep that in mind.
