Que diriez-vous d'une chasse au trésor sucrée et chocolatée à Saint-Germain-des-Prés, quartier abritant les meilleures marques de chocolatiers et de pâtisseries de Paris. Cette visite ludique et gourmande comprend 7 dégustations. Tout au long de la visite, vos enfants participeront à une chasse au trésor pour découvrir le prochain magasin où vous dégusterez quelques-unes des meilleures gourmandises françaises : macarons, caramel et différentes sortes de chocolat ! Pour commencer, vous entrerez dans la plus ancienne chocolaterie de Paris. Plus loin, les macarons sont à l'ordre du jour. La prochaine découverte concerne une spécialité française dont on peut réaliser tous les délices, que ce soit des bonbons, de la confiture ou de la crème : le caramel au beurre salé. Vous apprécierez certainement quelques-unes de ces recettes de caramel avant de vous tourner vers la pâtisserie pour croquer dans un délicieux chou à la crème. La visite se terminera en été par une des meilleures glaces de Paris, et en hiver par un chocolat chaud revigorant.

Pour commencer, toute la famille entrera dans la plus ancienne chocolaterie de Paris. La vitrine est aussi belle que les chocolats sélectionnés sont savoureux. Plus loin, les macarons sont de mise. Vos enfants choisiront le parfum qu'ils désirent parmi une quinzaine, car les jeunes gourmets peuvent être de vrais connaisseurs. Découvrez ensuite le quartier de l'Odéon, où il est question d'une spécialité française avec laquelle vous pourrez cuisiner tous les délices, qu'il s'agisse de bonbons, de confiture ou de garniture à la crème : le caramel au beurre salé. Vous apprécierez quelques-unes de ces recettes de caramel avant de vous tourner à nouveau vers le chocolat. Vous visiterez alternativement deux chocolateries extraordinaires. Le premier présente une large gamme de mousses au chocolat soigneusement préparées. Absolument à couper le souffle ! Les mousses sont un régal pour la bouche, mais le packaging des barres est un régal pour les yeux. Votre dernier arrêt vous donnera l'occasion de partager un verre avec votre guide dans l'ambiance chaleureuse d'une chocolaterie, ou en été une des meilleures glaces de Paris.

Highly recommended! Arina was an amazing guide — so friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to spend time with. We loved trying places and treats we never would have found on our own, and it was great to learn more about the area along the way. It was a wonderful experience for our whole family and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We would love to do another!
We had an amazing time on our tour. We learned things, we ate snacks - our 9 and 13 year old were engaged the whole time and even discovered new favorite foods in France.
Marcella from Meet the Locals made the sweets tour through the St Germain area so fun! She took us to many beautiful specialty shops while tellins us about the foods and the charming area. We were able to try delicious treats like chocolates, caramels, macarons, hot chocolate, crepes, meringue cakes and unique jams during as blind tasting visit to a very elegant jam shop. The experience was very memorable, and I would highly recommend Meet the Locals. Their communication, organized planning details and tour guide were fabulous!

Tifenn was delightful! She felt like a longtime family friend. She’d done her homework and knew all 6 of our names right off the bat. We have 4 kids, ages 6 through 15 and Tifenn kept them all engaged and involved. It was a highlight to our trip to Paris! Just make sure you show up hungry!
Highly recommend this company! The booking process was easy - Dominique was super responsive and helpful with questions we had. Our guide Nathalie was so amazing we would have hung out with her all day if she let us ;-) She gave us the most exquisite tour of the Marais area visiting patisseries, chocolatiers and other tasty surprises, telling us stories about Paris and more along the way. We loved every minute of our time with her (my husband, myself and our 12 yr old daughter) Would definitely use them again in the future!

Wow! This was so much more than we expected. A highlight of our trip. Tifenn, our guide, took us and our kids (11 and 13) to about 7 different places and 7 unique treats. It took about 2 hours and the walking was in a small area. Tifenn was a great storyteller giving us the history of the treats and the stores. A highlight of our trip!

This was a fun and engaging experience. We learned some fun food and Parisian history while enjoying some yummy treats. Nathalie was very friendly, knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I enjoyed how she interacted directly with our 12 year old son to get him more engaged with the experience. This was certainly a fun way to experience Paris and create some unique family memories.
Meet the Locals is THE BEST tour company in Europe!! Our family has been a client of Meet the Locals for the last 7-8 years, since we first started to travel to France with our children at age 3 and 5. (They are now 10 and 12).
