Captain George was very knowledgeable and shared interesting facts. We had plenty of time to explore the island. It was a great experience!

Terrific tour. Our guide, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and informed.
Was a beautiful trip through the local estuaries. Lots of wildlife to bee seen and enjoyed time to walk along the embankment adjacent to the lighthouse. Trip was a good length of time, not too long, not too short. Thanks Jacob for being a great captain and tour guide!
We saw many dolphins and birds. The walk around on Morris island is very cool. Up close look at the light house.
Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed seeing the dolphins and birds and exploring Morris Island. The walk along the island and getting an up-close view of the Morris Island Lighthouse are definitely some of the highlights of the experience. We truly appreciate you joining us and hope to welcome you back for another Lowcountry adventure!
Will and Captain Chris were both exceptional. Their passion for history, the ecosystem, and ensuring everyone had a fantastic experience was evident. Remember to wear sunscreen and bring plenty of water. The only drawbacks were that the trip was about 45 minutes too long (the beach gets extremely hot by 11 am) and there were too many people (28) for a more intimate experience. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Will and Captain Chris made such a great impression. Their passion for the history and ecosystem of the Lowcountry is a big part of what we strive to bring to every trip, and we’re glad that came through in your experience. We also really appreciate the helpful reminders about sunscreen and plenty of water—especially during those hot summer days on the beach! We understand your feedback about the length of the trip and the group size. We’re always looking for ways to balance giving guests plenty of time to explore and enjoy the island while also making the experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you again for recommending Charleston Outdoor Adventures and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We truly appreciate you joining us and hope to welcome you back for another Lowcountry adventure!
This was a great experience. Chris was awesome. He told us the history of islands, the ecosystem, and kept it comical which I appreciated. Make sure you bring a bag to collect the seashells and shark teeth.
Thank you so much for your review! Chris will be glad to hear he was able to be informative, while keeping everybody entertained! We hope to see you again soon!

What an incredible experience! Our tour guide was PJ and he was fabulous! He was knowledgeable amd so entertaining to listen to! He really knew his stuff about the area, history, boating, etc… it was one of the highlights of our trip and it wasn’t even a major reason for us being down in the Carolinas. Just came across this by chance while searching for stuff to do! What a wonderful time! I highly recommend this to anyone! Jamie 🎸

The trip was very enjoyable. The location and old buildings made the trip more authentic. The office staff were very nice and helpful. Our guide Jacob, was very good and his knowledge of the area and wild life was very informative. The small tour group size enabled everyone to be engaged. We would take this tour again and also do the kayak adventure. Good job.

We're especially glad you appreciated our location and the character of the old buildings—it really is a unique part of the Lowcountry and adds to the feeling of stepping away from the usual tourist experience.
