Retrouvez votre guide dans le centre de Prague juste en face de l'entrée du Musée national au sommet de la place Venceslas. Après un court trajet en métro, vous serez émerveillé par la vue enchanteresse de Prague alors que vous vous dirigez vers le Fort.
Entrez par les portes de la forteresse baroque et promenez-vous dans le vaste parc qui recèle des trésors cachés, notamment la chapelle romane Saint-Martin de la fin du XIe siècle. Visitez ensuite la collégiale des Saints Pierre et Paul (rattachée au chapitre royal collégial de Vyšehrad) qui a été radicalement reconstruite dans un style néogothique à la fin du XIXe siècle et est décorée de fresques Art nouveau. Continuez à marcher dans le cimetière adjacent où vous pourrez voir les tombes de certains des artistes tchèques les plus remarquables tels que Antonín Dvořák et Bedřich Smetana, Alfons Mucha et Karel Čapek. Ralentissez et découvrez qui ils étaient et ce qui était spécial dans leur vie. Prenez votre temps pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur la ville et si vous voulez toujours en voir plus, entrez dans les casemates souterraines à l'intérieur des murs de fortification de Vyšehrad abritant certaines des statues baroques originales du pont Charles !

The grounds the church and the cassments were very good . The views were excellent a very tranquil place. The guide was very knowledgeable, but for me personally I felt a little uncomfortable going around making the cemetery an attraction when it is still an active cemetery and maybe a little disrespectful. I would recommend this trip , it’s only my personal preference not to include this bit x

Vojta was our guide for this little walk. Visit of the castle and casemates included in the price, the activity is embellished with historical details and superb views of Prague from Visherad. Provide a little wool for the visit of the casemates, it is a little cool...

This review is for the Casements and Gorlice only. I forget the cost but it was nominal and well worth it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. The original statues from the Charles Bridge are stored there and very detailed and impressive. It was all part of an enjoyable afternoon in the Vysehrad complex.

I got to the full guide throughout this thought-provoking and relaxing tour in and around Vysehrad. It was a relatively quiet venue away from the hustles and bustles of tourists, even though I am one of them. Toward the end, their own guide led all the others at Golice. Unfortunately it was done in local tongue which I did not understand at all. But I got to see the original statues of the Charles Bridge, which was a hidden jewel.

The tour guide was a nice person. However The tour literally consisted of walking around the walls of the fortress killing 2 hours so the guide could hand us off for the Casemates portion. It was just my wife and I. We met the guide at the museum and she took us by subway to the attraction. We did go through the church with very little commentary and the graveyard where she did point out a few graves. Overall Little information was giving on the fort. Felt like she didn’t want to be there. She pointed out a few things here and there but really didn’t go into detail. The casemates was done by a different guide who had every bad English and mostly talked in Czech. That started when a lame video of some glass maker guy. She told to go to the subway and take the train back. On our own. We don’t speak or read Czech so that was not possible we used Uber instead.

This tour states that the entrance to Narodni Museum is included but we did not receive tickets to the museum. Also it says metro is included but we actually used our own metro tickets and the guide did not have to buy it ‘coz we already had tickets our own. The tour is informative and nice castle. Inside The Casemates and Gorlice have beautiful glass sculptures. The guide is knowledgeable and professional.
Our guide was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. It was like seeing Prague with an old friend! Vysehrad is a must-see place.
