Votre guide vous emmènera pour une excursion d’une heure À L’INTÉRIEUR du château de Dracula. Pour visiter le château de Bran situé dans la partie sud de la Transylvanie, vous voyagerez dans le temps des rois impitoyables et de leur règne de la terreur. Le visiteur sera submergé par sa grandeur et les histoires qui l’accompagnent.

La visite avec billet coupe-file du château de Bran commence tous les jours à 09:00 au départ de notre bureau à Bran, dans le comté de Brasov en Roumanie. L’excursion est disponible toutes les heures jusqu’à 15:00 en anglais, en italien, en espagnol et en roumain. Vous commencerez par un résumé sur le trajet à l’intérieur du complexe royal, sur ce qui est ou non autorisé tout au long de votre visite. Après la logistique de votre excursion suivra une heure d’un voyage dans le temps pour mieux connaître Vlad III, Dracula. Votre guide vous donnera des informations sur le château et ses environs, et répondra à toutes à votre question de manière professionnelle. Le prix de l’excursion comprend le prix d’entrée et les taxes photo et vidéo. Une visite guidée complète à l’intérieur du complexe royal avec un guide officiel agréé aura lieu et est également incluse dans le même prix. Ce prix ne comprend pas l’achat de souvenirs, les boissons ou les repas. Il ne comprend pas la prise en charge depuis et vers votre hôtel ou logement. Le transport peut être organisé moyennant un supplément. Après l’excursion, votre guide se fera un plaisir de vous informer même en dehors de la visite, et vous pourrez profiter par vous-mêmes du magnifique jardin royal et d’une bonne tasse de café ou de thé dans la Tea House de la reine

Fabulous guide , great experience and got all the history of the castle. Our guide was very friendly and easy to speak with
Good small group. Very knowledgeable tour guide. Good value. Would have been nice to have landmarks and information on where to park after booking. Also perhaps communication on meet up time, as we were 20 minutes early, and door was locked, and no signage about perhaps on another tour- I almost panicked, thinking I was scammed
A tour with audio guide in parallel or headphones in parallel would have been better, as you could hardly hear the guide. There was sometimes too fast and incomprehensible a speech and there were too many people in a room in parallel - a small entrance stop between the tours would be more appropriate, as this might allow you to understand better.
As for the tour, for clarification, the “skip the line” advertisement is for skipping the line to buy the ticket, not for getting into the castle itself. If you’re not going on a holiday, perhaps that’s a benefit. Secondly, the guide was in a rush and we lost her a few times. She was a little sick (not her fault) so we couldn’t hear her very well. Again, part of that was also because of the noise of the crowd. More than once she was just reading from the signs which we could have done ourselves. Because of the crowds and getting lost and the chaos, we left the tour early. I’m sure it was a different experience for others. Just be sure to watch which day you go. Problems with the castle experience as a whole is not the fault of the tour company. So I am not deducting stars for that. For the castle, do not go on a local holiday, it took 1.5 hours to get inside because the line was so long. Once inside there was absolutely not crowded control, timed entry, or staff assisting. People were being rushed up and down dangerous stairs, you couldn’t get a single photograph with at least a dozen people obstructing the view, and you couldn’t enjoy it being rushed through. Tourists were jumping into roped off places and obstructing the crowds trying to take pictures and there were no staff around to manage it. If you’re tall or big, some of the spots are very risky and a few even dangerous to get through. So do more research if you’re bigger.
Great experience, lovely guide, highly recommend! Easy to coordinate with and very knowledgeable. Made our quick trip very enjoyable.
Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the tour was described on the Viator app as "guaranteed skip the line" which was a little misleading. Yes you can skip the (very short) line to buy the entrance tickets, however, you cannot skip the line to enter the castle. We visited on quite a busy day and ended up spending almost an hour waiting in line, which was unexpected due to the "skip the line" advertisement. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed the tour and the castle
We thank you for the review . However , you received exactly what you paid for. Now , that inside the Castle they stopped the access and it created a bottle neck is out of our hands
Unfortunately it was so busy trying to keep a group together and give explanations was pretty much impossible. Not the guide’s fault but shouldn’t be a guided tour.
We understand you were not happy with the whole set up. You have to understand we work with hundreds of people everyday and it is virtually impossible to please everyone
Interesting historical insights, impressive architecture. Sometimes, the place might be a little too crowded.
Manuela was a helpful and good guide, as well as sweet and patient with our son who filled her with questions. Excellent organisation, flexible and efficient.
Greg was fantastic—well versed in the history and friendly. He knew a lot of the history and connected the myths to reality.
