You’ll need atleast 5 hours and it is a work out!! It is not flat, so expect hills. The company was great but we did regret not going with the electric bikes. All in all we had a great time and came out of it with stronger legs :)

I absolutely recommend booking on Get Your Guide because you save a lot. The pickup point is behind a building near Central Park. Both there and at the stand at the entrance of Central Park, the price was $24/hour per person. On Get Your Guide, we paid $12 for 2 hours!! In fact, even at the reception, they initially did not understand how we had booked... evidently, Get Your Guide draws from businesses that had availability, and they did not know it at that moment... In any case, at these terms, it is a great deal, and the tour is very pleasant. It takes about 1.5 hours to complete the entire bike loop around Central Park. Highly recommended!

Great way to explore Central Park. While there were a few gentle inclines, flat surfaces made the ride extremely enjoyable. Will use this company again.
Great bikes with smooth gears and brakes. Came with helmet, map and lock. Very close to central park gates

Bike shop close to the park, even though there was a bit of a line the staff was very quick and efficient. Was a beautiful day for a bike ride through Central Park.

3rd time we have used this company and will always use! The time we selected was heavy rain but they let us take the bikes later at short notice oncethe weather had cleared.. friendly and helpful staff and good quality bikes ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I rented an aluminum road bike from Unlimited Biking, and it was a miserable experience that left me stranded with a broken bike in the middle of nowhere. The bike was poorly maintained and generally unpleasant to ride. But things got much worse then the cheap plastic pedal fell off half way through my ride. I couldn’t screw it back on as the screw threads were completely stripped. I was able to get to a nearby bike shop, and they confirmed the bike couldn’t be easily repaired and would need an entirely new crank arm. I called Unlimited Bikes, and they offered to bring me a new bike. According to the agent, they had a truck in the area, and it would take them about 30 minutes to get to me to deliver another bike. After 40 minutes I called back to get an update. The truck was about 45 minutes away. What blackhole time warp caused the truck to get 15 minutes farther over 40 minutes is a mystery. I waited another 30 minutes and called to check on the status. The truck was still 45 minutes away. At this point, I got frustrated. They said they could expedite a bike over, but there was traffic and it would take 30 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and called to check in again. There was no truck available and no spare bikes. WTF. They suggested I get an UberXL and take an hour ride back into Manhattan. They refused to cover that cost. Needless to say, very unhappy that they wasted my entire afternoon and left me stranded. And get this - they refused to refund the cost of the bike rental!!! After fighting aggressively over the course of a week (and contesting the charge on my credit card), I finally got a refund. But wow. I highly recommend avoiding Unlimited Biking at all costs. It’s not just about getting a bad bike, you could find yourself dangerously stranded or worse, injured on your ride.

The staff is not friendly at all, it seems that they are disturbed by asking questions or when it is necessary to work. In addition, it is indicated hybrid bike so with electric assistance, not at all, in their logic, hybrid means all terrain. Wrong address in NYC.

Booked bike for 2 hours and when arrived was told we couldn't have for 2 hours as they closed at 5.... I said ive paid for 2 hours. Was then pressured to buy liability insurance. Was then told I would need to leave bank card and passport which I said I was unhappy with. We abandoned the booking and paid for nothing. Staff were very unhelpful

Our rental durations are always subject to the store’s operating hours, and it appears this was not clearly communicated at the time of booking or upon arrival. We understand how disappointing it is to expect a full two-hour rental after payment and then be told otherwise, and we apologize for the confusion. Regarding insurance and security deposits, liability coverage is optional, and a valid ID and card are required as a standard security measure for all rentals. That said, these requirements should be explained clearly and respectfully—never in a way that feels pressuring or uncomfortable. We regret that our team did not handle this interaction more helpfully or professionally. Abandoning your booking was certainly not the outcome we would want for any guest.
