TOPS est un lieu idéal pour les pique-niques et les soirées. Il est situé dans les collines fraîches de Busay. C'est un excellent site touristique qui offre une vue imprenable sur Metro Cebu et les îles de Mactan et Olango. C'est une structure circulaire avec 2000 pieds ou 610 mètres de haut. Une vue panoramique de la ville, surtout la nuit avec toutes les lumières ci-dessous, est une expérience spectaculaire, car vous sentez la brise fraîche, l'air vif des vergers de manguiers, des jardins de fleurs et des fermes maraîchères. Le coucher du soleil est le meilleur moment pour visiter la terrasse d'observation avant que l'obscurité ne s'installe. Les sommets la nuit sont chauds pour les yeux à mesure que la température augmente et se refroidit. En empruntant la route qui serpente à flanc de montagne, on peut observer de nombreux petits barangays qui semblent accrochés au flanc des montagnes.

I applied with a Japanese guide, but two guides came and both were in broken Japanese and most of the guides were in English. I understand English somewhat, so the guidance was understandable. Those who are not good at English will be dissatisfied. The tour went well and I got along well with the guide. Unfortunately, though, I don't feel like I've had the chance to taste the "Streed Gourmet" that the tour title says.

Leila and crew exceeded expectations! From the punctual pick up and expert navigational driving, we really learned a lot about PI history and grew more of an appreciation of our heritage. Leila is knowledgeable and articulated the history and cultural traditions in a clear and concise manner.
