A great and efficient experience. We had no problem getting to the jetty and casting off. It was fun traveling with the locals. It was very fast, obviously routine for the operators.
Everything is perfect. The only difficulty... the payment. For the rest, punctuality, operational efficiency, and courtesy.
We took this means of transport to go to Pralin and the dam Pleasant boat, especially on the upper deck When the sea is calm, it is nice, but on the return, there was a lot of swell, making the trip less pleasant, but it does not last long 🤪
Very professional and friendly crew. Really enjoyed our trip. We felt very comfortable and save. Travelled with my partner.
Be out in time for check-in and boarding. Depending on the lake and if you are prone to seasickness choose the ticket that suits you personally
Good experience with them, even though I find the trips to be overly expensive. Went from Mahè to Praslin and back, I needed to change the return trip to Mahè a few hours before its schedule and was able to do so by paying just a very small fee (25 SCR). Overall the boarding process is good, it would be great if the wait time for the bags to be dropped was definitely shorter.
The organization (boarding, luggage loading, punctual departure, etc.) was good. In the summer months only partially recommended due to the sea conditions (especially immediately after a flight from Europe). Many passengers threw up several times, the crew takes care of routinely, collects the spit bags and hands over new ones as well as paper towels. 1 hour crossing can be long. If necessary, prefer to book the flight.
The ferry from Praslin to Mahé was the absolute horror. It already stunk when boarding, inside it was stuffy and poorly ventilated. During the crossing, almost all the passengers around us vomited, chaos everywhere, no help from the staff. Just a cheek! This was by far the worst experience in the Seychelles – I would never take this ferry again and can only strongly advise against it!
The process is very smooth for booking ferry on viator, you just have to show at the ferry, the a bar code, which is provided by message. Expert tip - try exchanging money in SCR and do the trips, trips included everything - car rental, snorkeling, even ferry😂 its a little cheaper Don't exchange on airport, they take extra charges without even telling
Everything worked fine. Have read many bad reviews here but we had no problems. Went both in the air-conditioned cabin and on the upper deck, but recommend the air-conditioned cabin when it was very hot to sit outside. Don't forget to bring your passport, which is always needed in the Seychelles.
