Sensational visit! The guide Abdo was very attentive and kind, explaining everything about the sights, history and culture of Casablanca. We visit the main sights, including the Hansan II Mosque. We definitely recommend this tour with this operator and guide!!!
Shore excursion from a cruise. Everything was great. Courteous. Professional. Good information and history of the area. The mosque was incredible. I would give a 5 star but didn’t need to be taken to a rug vendor at the end and pressured into buying a $1100 handmade rug. Albeit high quality we didn’t come to Morocco for a rug purchase. It would be better to include a bakery or eatery as part of the tour.
There were many things on the itinerary that were lacking. Firstly, I have to say the Hassan Mosque was wonderful and I was given time for this visit. The commentary by my guide however was sadly lacking right throughout the entire tour. I felt like I was being just driven around, without any enthusiasm or info provided by the guide - it was only when I asked questions to try and extract any info. Old Medina : he pointed it out and said it’s difficult to park so I thought I was going to miss out. I had to ask later if I could stop and spend time there ( as this was part of the itinerary). He did consent ( at end of tour) to take me back there. Ricks Cafe: I realise only now after speaking to other travellers that you need to make a booking to go inside. I wasn’t given any explanation from my guide only that I could have a quick photo outside the cafe. Royal Palace: I don’t even remember what it looked like. The guide drove past quickly and pointed to something in the distance but was very vague about where it was. So I certainly didn’t have the opportunity to see it from the outside nor stop nearby and walk to it. La Corniche: 30 mins was given to wander this promenade on the itinerary. I was given only 15 mins to stay at one point and not wander more than approx 50 metres. No time for a cafe stop either as per itinerary. Square Mohammed V: was given enough time here. Quartier Habous: I was given enough time here but was never pointed to or given knowledge of where the gardens of the Royal Palace were which is in the itinerary. I only realised it was nearby when I saw itinerary after the tour. Central markets: wasn’t taken there at all. I also didn’t realise I had missed out until I saw the itinerary later. The whole tour felt very rushed and the guide didn’t seem interested in being a guide, or being keen or providing knowledge and showing the sites in depth ( or at all). It was as if he was just trying to get it over and done with and just driving with very minor narrative. I made up for lack of time at some sites or skipped sites by staying a bit longer alone in the old Medina which I had asked to be taken back to as this looked like being skipped on the drive by. To add to the disappointment of the booked tour - before I arrived in Casablanca I was receiving constant texts and a few phone calls ( at the airport ) from the tour guide asking me to be collected at 8.30 am ( I had booked a 10.30 am tour via Viator which was confirmed). I wouldn’t even be arriving in Morroco to do this earlier time. He then was asking me to do a 2.30 pm tour which I declined as I had booked the 10.30 spot for a reason, to fit in with an afternoon meeting for a 2 week group tour of Morroco. I explained this in my messages. He then asked me to cancel my Viator tour. I replied that I had booked and paid for the 10.30 am time which had been confirmed. There was no reason given by him as to why he was trying to change my Viator tour but he eventually relented to my booking time when I said the issue should be taken up with Viator. If he had had difficulty with that booking time then there should have been a backup guide for that particular tour. To add to the negative experience, I received a message from the tour guide at 11.30 pm that night ( post tour) asking me for a review and saying sorry for contacting me late to ask this. I was woken up from my sleep. Needless to say I didn’t give my review when he wanted. I was very disappointed and saddened that I felt I had missed out on important sites and had an unprofessional experience. I spoke to other tourists later that had done other half day tours of Casablanca and they filled me in with so much detail and their good experience at these same sites and with their guide , reinforcing my feeling that I had not been fortunate to enjoy the same.
The tour guide iSofyan was amazing. He is knowledgable. His English is perfect. For English speaker Travellers I recommend to book with him. He is humorous, helpful. Even when we change a drop off location he goes out of his way to drop us to different location . I will definitely recommend him to family and friends who will visit Morrocco
An excellent tour around the main “things to see” in Casablanca. Mohammed our guide was excellent and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour without hesitation. Thank you Mohammed - your punctuality and communication were excellent!

Awesome experience with Khalid and Hazram(driver). Khalid showed us all the highlights of Casablanca always ensuring we were happy and had sufficient time to take in everything. He was very informative and new Casablanca well. He took us to a Berber carpet store and an argan oil pharmacy to do some shopping for things we were interested in. Hazram was a very good and safe driver. A very good day and tour.

Picked up at the hotel in a very comfortable air conditioned Mercedes van by the driver Hazram (?) and our guide Arafa. The guide is very knowledgeable and explained his Berber origin. He took us for a little shopping in the souk. Water was provided

Our driver Mohammed was absolutely brilliant. He helped us sign in for the Mosque tour and after that he took us as all around Casablanca, including the historic old Medina with it's traditional markets. Mohammed was polite and had a lot of knowledge of Casablanca and he was easy to communicate with. I would strongly recommend him as a tour guide for Casablanca.

The places we’ve been to for a short visit went well with a taste of authentic Moroccan dish. Arafa, provided a lot of information around the place, and Ziad, our driver was very helpful and kind and treated us nicely.
