Magnificent tour! The casa design allows you to get an understanding of Gaudi and his brilliant mind. The usage of light, colors and interpretation of nature is beautiful!

If to be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect, while the house is nice and interesting and the light show at the end is spectacular the price for this is WAY over the top! If you are money conscious think 3 times. (I am not) I didn’t take a single picture.

Need Better response from local booking agents. I tried to book the same day but was told I would not get my bar code confirmation till the next day. I had to call Viator to get the bar code sent to me. They did send it but it was for the cheaper tour not the one I paid for. Luckily the people at Casa Batlló let us in but we had the limited tour not the deluxe tour we paid for. We did not get to see all of the Casa.

We loved Casa Batllo, but we had a problem with the tickets we received the day before the tour. The e-mail we received provided the tickets, by sending us a link, that sent the tickets to my Apple Wallet. The Apple Wallet tickets looked fine, but when we got to Casa Batllo, the code was different than the normal ticket code (it was a rectangle, and not a square). The tickets people at Casa Batllo could not read it. We spent 30 minutes with ticket people and their supervisors before the finally let us enter.

What a fabulous place . Unfortunately when we visited house was packed - despite being morning . It was difficult to move around and virtually impossible to turn around south Piti bumping in to someone. We paid extra for the Silver tickets - but on getting into the house we discovered there was no one monitoring who was going where. But we did manage to get in without having to wait in the long queue. The sheer volume of people inside made it impossible to fully appreciate the house. With the added heat …it was not a pleasant experience.

This is a very busy attraction, expect a large crowd! We bought the Gold tickets which allowed us to see additional areas and was worth the money. This house is one of the most fantastic I have ever seen.

I booked a visit to Casa Baitló scheduled for saturday may 6th at 2:00 PM. It was clearly stated that cancellarion policy does not allow refund. However, there was an option for changing the visit time. Since i was suddenly scbeduled for a meeting at that same time (I will be working in Barcelona, not sighteeing), I tried to change mi visit time for 2:00 PM. For my surprise, I was informed that I could not change the time. Which means that i will lose my money. If you decide to book a visit to Casa Baitlo, avoid Viator or any other third party company. Book it directly from the Casa Baitló website. It's cheaper and all rules are clearly stated. No way to be fooled or make mistakes.

Entrance without waiting, it was perfect. The audio gide was also perfect, thank You for the lifetime experience. The rooftop bar was the best, very kind staff and hosting.

We really enjoyed touring through the home of the same architect that designed the Sagrada Familia. Recommend that you get the Blue level ticket with audio guide. The silver level lets you see some furniture. The gold level provides an iPad for some virtual reality experience. I saw others with the iPad and it didn't look very useful.
