Votre journée de voyage fait partie de l'expérience. Partez directement de votre hébergement à Carthagène et voyagez en privé à Santa Marta. Choisissez la destination qui correspond à votre séjour : la ville de Santa Marta, Minca ou la côte de Tayrona, y compris Los Naranjos, Guachaca et Buritaca. Votre groupe voyage en privé dans un véhicule climatisé avec un chauffeur local professionnel. Il n'y a pas de terminus de bus, de trajets partagés ou de négociations avec les chauffeurs en cours de route. Beaucoup de visiteurs ne réalisent pas qu'une voiture ordinaire d'apparence privée peut ne pas être autorisée à transporter des passagers payants entre les villes colombiennes. Nos voyages sont effectués à bord de véhicules Servicio Especial autorisés pour les liaisons nationales. Nous maintenons également une flotte de secours afin qu'un problème de véhicule imprévu ne vous laisse pas chercher une autre façon de poursuivre votre voyage. Avant le départ, vous recevez votre nom de conducteur, votre numéro de téléphone et votre plaque d’immatriculation. Vous pouvez également sélectionner une option comprenant un Guide Anglais distinct.

Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
La prise en charge est disponible depuis les hôtels de Carthagène, l'aéroport international Rafael Núñez, le port de croisière ou une autre adresse confirmée dans la zone de prise en charge configurée. Entrez votre lieu de prise en charge exact et l'heure de départ préférée lors de la réservation. Avant le voyage, nous enverrons le nom de votre chauffeur, votre numéro de téléphone, le type de véhicule et la plaque d’immatriculation. Votre chauffeur vous attendra à l'entrée de l'hôtel, dans la zone des arrivées à l'aéroport, au point de rendez-vous du port de croisière ou à un autre endroit confirmé. Si l'entrée n'est pas accessible en véhicule, nous vous confirmerons le point de rendez-vous sécuritaire le plus proche.

Hadar was an excellent driver safe and sound the whole way for the drive from Cartagena to Santa Marta, on time great experience. Santiago the booking manager was very responsive and helpful as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Amazing time with our guide Hugo and driver Arnel. Hugo was super knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We learned so much about not only Cartagena, but also the villages and cities we passed along the way to Santa Marta. We stopped to see statues of Shakira, Sofia Vegara, got food and bathroom breaks! 100% recommend. We felt very welcomed, safe, and we learned a ton from Hugo who is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Excellent service, the best option if you want to go quiet. The route by plane Cartagena-Bogotá-Santa Marta is very slow, hopefully 4-5 hours, if you make it very fair, the cost, twice what I got here. Plus it's more expensive. The very polite driver knew how to keep quiet or not be noisy with the music when I went to the phone, then offered a very interesting conversation and full of valuable route and stay data. I totally recommend.

I’m really glad we chose this option instead of traveling by bus. Our driver, Hader, was extremely kind and professional, shared lots of helpful advice, and made us feel completely safe with his careful driving. He picked us up and dropped us off door to door, and since our accommodation was near Tayrona Park, we paid a pre-agreed additional fee, which was absolutely worth it.
