En naviguant de Sorrente à Capri, nous croisons vers la célèbre plage de la Reine Giovanna, la baie de Puolo et le village de pêcheurs de Massa Lubrense. « Si vous choisissez l’option qui part de Positano, vous profiterez de la partie côtière de Positano à Capri, avec ses merveilleuses baies et le petit village de Nerano, avant d’arriver à Capri et de découvrir tous les meilleurs endroits de l’île. » Une fois arrivés à Capri, nous commençons notre visite de l'île par une visite touristique de la grotte de Corail, la grotte Withe, la grotte Green et la grotte Blue. Pour la grotte bleue il y a un coût supplémentaire pour l'entrée et pour la météo ou certains événements ce serait fermé ne dépendant pas de nous

DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!!!!!!! The day before you will get a text telling you to pay £50 more and that it’s on your ticket! It is!! But no mention of this at all when you pay. They say it’s for fuel charge and tax. Why not act like every other trip and be honest about the full price from the offset. Our guide Diana was rude and unhelpful. Eveything from telling us how we must apply Suncream on our own bodies on the boat to complaining and swearing under her breath if anything was inconvenient to her like changing the drink we had requested. To top it all off. She sold us a £25 bus ticket. To the chair lift. Didn’t know how much the tickets were for the lift even though she lives there. ( we asked the tour guide next to her) and failed to tell us it was cash only. So we paid £25 for a bus ticket to a chair lift we couldn’t go on because she hadn’t informed us it was cash only. Do yourself a favour book another boat trip but this one.
We appreciate all feedback from our guests, including negative reviews when they are constructive. However, we would like to clarify a few important points and invite all future guests to read our response carefully before forming an opinion. The €50 in additional costs were clearly stated in the booking details before the reservation was completed. We always invite our customers to carefully read what is and is not included in the price. Unfortunately, this information was apparently overlooked, so we cannot be held responsible for something that was clearly indicated before booking. Regarding our assistant Diana, her comment about sunscreen was purely for safety reasons. On a boat, sunscreen can make the deck extremely slippery, especially when it is dropped on the floor. It had already happened several times, creating a potential risk for both our crew and other guests. Her reminder was therefore not intended to be rude, but simply to prevent someone from slipping and getting hurt. As for the chairlift on Capri, we only provide advice about the island; we do not manage or control its services. If they decided to accept only cash that day, this was completely outside our responsibility. We always welcome constructive feedback, but we believe reviews should fairly reflect the services actually provided. Despite the €50 not included in the price, which, once again, were clearly indicated, we remain confident that our tour offers excellent value for money and a truly exceptional experience. We therefore invite everyone to read all the booking information carefully, as well as our response, before judging our service
We had an absolutely phenomenal boat trip from Sorrento to Capri with Captain Achilles! From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. Achilles was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure we had an unforgettable day on the water. He took great care of us, showed us beautiful spots along the way, and truly went above and beyond to make the trip special. If you’re looking for a boat experience around Sorrento and Capri, I couldn’t recommend Captain Achilles enough. He genuinely earned this 5-star review. Very nice tour. Location for pickup was good but a little chaotic. The tour was early morning and the option for the blue grotto didn't really feel like an option. We were told we wouldn't have time for swim stops if we waited but after completing the tour the blue grotto could have happened. Pricing also should be up front the fuel surcharges and dock fees are stated that they are not included but they were $50 extra per person. Also lunch that they say you have reservations for is a beautiful setting but way overpriced for what you get. The guides were fun and would still do it again but would have pushed for the blue grotto stop and skipped the lunch at their place.

Our family of six, my wife and our four kids, took a boat trip to Capri with Morgan’s Sorrento, and it was the highlight of our time in Sorrento. Everything started right on time from the marina. As we cruised along the coastline, our guide, Achilles, shared interesting history about Sorrento and the ancient ruins we passed. It made the trip much more than just a boat ride. We headed to the Blue Grotto, but because the wait was over an hour, the crew made the smart decision to skip it so we could spend more time enjoying the rest of the day. We really appreciated that. Achilles was fantastic throughout the trip. He pointed out all the important landmarks and made the experience fun and engaging. Gabriel also did an excellent job making sure everyone on the boat had great views as we passed each highlight. One of the best parts was stopping to swim in the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea. They even provided goggles for anyone who wanted them, which was a nice. We then spent about three hours exploring Capri, which ended up being our favorite stop of the day. The water was absolutely stunning, and we ate at the restaurant the crew recommended. Everyone in our family loved the meal. On the ride back, we enjoyed drinks while cruising past more incredible scenery. Achilles even took family photos for us. We really appreciated that because it allowed all six of us to be in the pictures together. This wasn’t just a boat tour. It became one of the best memories from our entire Italy vacation. Achilles and Gabriel genuinely cared about making sure everyone had an amazing experience, and they absolutely succeeded. We would recommend Morgan’s Sorrento to anyone visiting the area.
