We were glad that we have Michael of Olenda Travels who is very helpful throughout our activities from airport transfers to the tours and the balloon ride. It was superb! The balloon ride was pretty smooth and magical! I highly recommend the Olenda Travels and ofcourse Michael as he is the best!

It was a great experience from start to finish, since they picked us up very punctually in the morning to take us to the place where we would board the balloon. Once there, being at the heights was something incredible, as we got to see a beautiful sunrise and beautiful landscapes of volcanic rocks and many balloons in the air. At the end, a toast was made and we were given our flight certificate, and then returned to our hotel. The attention of all the staff was excellent. Thanks for everything.
