Canyoning de l'eau
Description
Cette activité consiste en une promenade le long d'un tronçon de rivière, en surmontant les obstacles naturels qui se présentent. Nager dans des piscines naturelles, sauter dans des lagons entourés de falaises géantes et, éventuellement, utiliser des cordes et autres aides à la sécurité, effectuer des rappels et d'autres techniques qui nous permettent d'atteindre la fin de notre parcours.

I’d been thinking about trying canyoning for years and finally decided to go for it. With no previous experience, Montes de Laboreiro recommended the intermediate level, which turned out to be a great choice. Everything was very well organized, with all the equipment provided. Our guides, Hélder and Nanci, were excellent: friendly, professional and attentive, explaining the safety procedures clearly and keeping us motivated throughout. The route was fantastic, through a beautiful wild landscape of natural pools, caves and waterfalls. A great experience that I’ll definitely repeat. Highly recommended!
Thanks to Felipe and Helder for this superb experience. The instructions were very clear (they even made the effort to speak in French for the members of the group who did not understand Portuguese). I recommend this thrill-seeking activity to you :)
