Canyon vert latéral, cascade et bébés lions avec visite de mosquée

We got picked up at 8.20am, the bus then went around all the hotels in the area to collect the other passengers, this took around an hour or so. Once everyone had been collected including the guide ( I use this term loosely as there was no information given when at the stops or when driving about the local area ) When booking the tour I opted for English as that Is my only language. Me and my partner were left feeling excluded as other languages were covered but English was not. We were unable to understand what was being said or if instructions were being given. One other Romanian gent did say can you speak English he was then laughed at and spoken to in Romanian. I did bring this up with the company but was told he can speak English just not in an English accent - I can tell the difference between English and German. The tour had lots of random stops at coffee shops/cafes where you could buy drinks and souvenirs. But there wasn’t too much else of interest to look at, at these stops. As the day went on we stopped at the lion park which was good although the animals don’t seem the best cared for. The boat trip and lunch were pleasant. The last stop was a waterfall, we understood that we had 30 mins here. When we returned to the main entrance where the bus dropped everyone, there was no bus to be found. Me and my partner had been left behind. I text the tour provider and was advised that as we weren’t there on time they left without us. The bus did eventually return for us but at this point the trip had been so disappointing i’d had enough and was on the verge of tears having been abandoned on our first trip to this country. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this tour some of the sites were nice but a lot of wasted time at cafes.

We had a great day on this excursion. We saw and experienced many different things, and it was nice to visit places that we probably wouldn't have found on our own. There were six stops during the day, and the guide provided information in both English and German. The group was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The lunch was good, and the boat trip with a swimming stop was definitely a highlight of the day. A small tip for future travelers: bring enough cash with you, as card payments are not accepted everywhere. 😊 Overall, a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

It was a very interesting excursion. The tour guide Ilka was very informative and funny. Stops included a visit to a mosque, an orange plantation, an old aqueduct, a small facility on the new highway, a zoo, Green Canyon with a boat ride and lunch, a reservoir, and a small waterfall. Yes, the stops also included a shopping opportunity, but we were never pressured to buy anything. The tour started at 8:45 AM and we were back home by 5:30 PM. The stops to stretch our legs were not a bad idea, and we saw a lot as well. The only thing we did not like was the extremely loud Turkish music on the bus. Bring earplugs! 😇

Be prepared for a busy but enjoyable day. Staff do their best to make sure you have a great experience.

Horrible, we spent more time picking up people from hotel to hotel than on the excursion itself. Horrible excursion, a real scam. To start, we visited the mosque, which was fine, followed by a stop at a tacky tourist trap orange grove. They stop you at a shop that is only good for making you spend money; you do not visit an orange grove, just a few orange trees surrounding the shop because the rest is off-limits. Then, a stop at a ruined bridge, nothing spectacular, followed by another break at a roadside bar to consume again and be harassed by the photographer who makes you pose endlessly to sell you the photos at the end. We continue, and now we arrive at the zoo, if you can call it that, just a few shabby cages that I won't discuss because we didn't want to pay the €5 per person to see poor animals in cages reserved for tourists (poor creatures, I refuse to pay to support this kind of activity). Finally, you will be taken to the dining area to have the meal included in the excursion (couscous, chicken, salad, and pasta), then a boat tour of the green lake, another tourist trap where you take a tacky tour of about 45 minutes, during which you are stopped in the middle of the water to supposedly take a plunge into crystal-clear water. For my part, I wouldn't even set foot in it again; the water is quite cold (a return for the more daring, if I may say). Back on the bus for what you are most looking forward to, the famous "green canyon". Indeed, the place is beautiful, but it's just a stop for taking photos; don't expect to take a boat tour, that's not the case at all. Your wallet will be solicited again for the umpteenth time by souvenir sellers all around, and you will be off again after a stop of about 45 minutes. For the last scam of the day, you will be charged €1.50 per person, mandatory this time for the entrance to the famous waterfalls, which is also a big joke—a small waterfall that I cannot even qualify but certainly not waterfalls as announced, and again, your wallet will be solicited for souvenirs and ice cream. After all this wasted time, you will be really happy to return to your hotel, but don't forget the journey of stops at each hotel. I forgot to mention that if you are French or English, you have no value; only Russians and Germans are considered. In short, keep your money and don't waste your time; really choose another operator.

No fewer than 9 stages for this excursion. They came to pick us up at our hotel on time (8:30 AM) to join Side for a bus with other participants. On the agenda in order: Visit to the mosque (20 min) Aqueduct (20 min) Small orange grove (2€ for juice) (25 min) Stop at a restaurant in nature with artisanal crepes (3€) Visit to a small zoo (5€). A major downside, in my opinion, is that the animals are exploited. Additional photos with baby lions that are not left alone. Tiny cages for the wolves, raccoons, the frightened white fox, and the lions that are crammed together. It seems to be a transitional zoo, but regardless, I regretted spending 5€ on it... Lunch break at the restaurant before departing by boat. Decent food. I thought I had booked for the green canyon and the steep cliffs, but here it is a small tour in a small river without the gorges. So be careful when you book! Visit to the dam (25 min) Visit to a waterfall (30 min) And return home (6:30 PM instead of the announced 4:30 PM, it was not a problem) Special mention to the guide Helen who accompanied us throughout the day and did everything to ensure that the participants were comfortable! I give it 4 out of 5 because of the zoo and because the bus was really old (not a luxury transport) but in the authentic Turkish spirit, so it did not bother me too much!

Please do not support animal cruelty. It is not acceptable to be photographed with baby cubs. They should be with their mother, not kept in a small cage to be handled.
