Pourquoi le café colombien est-il si populaire? Qu'est-ce qui se cache derrière une tasse de café colombienne si spéciale? En Colombie, nous bénéficions de conditions géographiques et climatiques idéales pour la culture du café. Ceci a été combiné aux soins et à la passion des producteurs de café à chaque étape et aux contrôles stricts qui garantissent la qualité de chaque grain, offrant ainsi une industrie du café riche en durabilité économique, sociale et environnementale. Tout cela revient à un produit de haute qualité. Cette visite dure environ 8 heures et nous visiterons une ferme de café spécialisée dans laquelle nous étudierons l’histoire du café, les méthodes de préparation et le bon goût du café. Nous demanderons également à un cultivateur de café très passionné de nous montrer le processus complet de la culture du café. Le déjeuner typique de la région sera fourni avec le tarif.

L'aller-retour depuis Cali durera deux heures.
Nous prendrons notre temps pour faire une petite visite de cette ville magique, avant de nous rendre à la Ferme du Café.
Nous ferons un court arrêt dans la municipalité du Costa Rica, dans le département de Valle del Cuca. Ici, nous pourrons apprécier la grande culture autour du café et son importance pour cette région.
Nous allons essayer un délicieux repas typique du département de Valle del Cauca.
Nous en apprendrons plus sur tout le processus qui se déroule avant que la tasse de café arrive entre vos mains. Du contexte historique, le café a, en passant par le processus de plantation, de cueillette, de lavage, de séchage et de toastage des grains de café.

It was really cool being able to see how the coffee grows in the forest and learn about the history of how it came to Colombia. Gabriel was our guide and translator and did a fantastic job as well

We visited the finca of Andrés and his family on 22.2.2026. The driver Armando picked us up at the accommodation and we were lucky to have the private tour that day. It was an amazing experience, Andrés really gives you a detailed information not only about coffee, how it grows, how it is processed, and what are different ways of preparing it, but also explains about the conservartion of the environment, and flora and fauna around the finca. His wife prepared an amazing lunch for us, and overall we enjoyed this experience very much! Also, Armando the driver is really nice guy. Would definitely return and also stay on their finca next time as they also offer accommdation.

Amazing experience. All explained about what's behind a cup of coffee. The visit to the magic village, its food, drinks and typical sweets also had to taste. The guides and our operator very friendly at all times. It was a learning visit to value every cup of coffee we had in the morning and to identify a good coffee.

Gabriel was an absolutely great tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. The coffee farm tour was fantastic. I learned so much and had a fantastic time. Make sure to wear good walking shoes as you'll cover a good amount of ground. Really fortunate to have Gabriel as a tour guide as well!
