Itinéraire
Commencez la journée avec une prise en charge pratique à votre hôtel à Santiago. Un arrêt rapide pour les installations sanitaires et le mini-marché du café avant de quitter la ville et d'entrer dans les montagnes des Andes. Ensuite, conduisez le canyon de la rivière Maipo pour admirer les nombreuses merveilles naturelles de la région en direction du réservoir Yeso.
Arrivée au réservoir Yeso. Votre guide vous emmène à certains des points de vue les plus impressionnants pour admirer les paysages naturels. Profitez également de temps libre pour explorer ou prendre des photos du lac avant de vous rendre dans un restaurant local
Au restaurant local. Vous apprécierez un délicieux plat local appelé Empanadas accompagné de vin chilien (fourni par votre opérateur local). Une bouteille d'eau est également incluse.
Arrêtez-vous pour visiter cette architecture originale d'une maison de conte de fées et ayez la chance d'acheter du chocolat, des glaces faites maison et des produits locaux. Et enfin préparez-vous pour le retour à votre hôtel.

- Pendant la saison hivernale (de juin à septembre), le véhicule ne va pas jusqu'au réservoir à cause de la neige sur la route. Il y aura de la marche pour y arriver
- Il y aura un arrêt dans un magasin de location, en hiver, de juin à septembre, pour acheter des bottes de neige et des vêtements appropriés, si nécessaire.
- L'heure de prise en charge sera confirmée 1 jour avant la date du voyage par e-mail ou WhatsApp vers 21h00
- Transferts depuis et vers les hôtels du centre-ville : Providencia, Las Condes ou Vitacura. Si vous séjournez en dehors de la zone de hôtel, vous devez envisager un point de rencontre
- Le week-end et les jours fériés, le départ commence à partir de 8:00 et l'arrivée à l'hôtel autour de 18:00. A prendre en compte si vous avez un vol avant 21:00

good experience but I feel the cost is more for transport than tour guide or the view. Not much snow on the top of the mountain and it is just a 30min walk around the dam. Then the chocolate house was more a stop for ice cream and 3min photo for the building. Coming back around 3pm annd don’t understand why it needs a full day.

Not to be missed if you are in Santiago! There are Tours that take you from 50 usd very good!

Two nights before we got a second confirmation. The next day we were flying to Santiago. At 830am they sent an email that they didn’t have enough for the trip but had an alternate trip. We got off the plane at noon and I replied yes. Then at 5pm I was told that i had responded too late and they had canceled us and refunded the tour. We were left with nothing!! And all trips were booked. Terrible customer service!
We would like to clearly clarify the situation. The original tour was officially canceled, and this information was communicated at 8:30 am, early in the day. At that same time, an alternative tour option was offered, with the clear indication that it was subject to availability. We did not receive a response until later in the afternoon, at which point the alternative tour was already fully booked and no longer available. Given this, we immediately offered two clear solutions: rescheduling for another date or a full refund, which was processed accordingly. While we understand that changes to travel plans can be frustrating, we acted promptly, communicated early, and provided all possible alternatives within the available time frame. This was honestly one of the best experiences of my life! The tour guide was an expert, got us to multiple stops all within the timeframe, and made sure we had plenty of food, water, and bathroom breaks. There were others in my group that were nice. The beauty of the lagoon is truly stunning, and they pick you up right outside your hotel which is nice in foreign country. I would 100% do this again, thank you again for the experience!

It was exhilarating to go on the Los Libertados highway with all its hairpin bends! Seeing the majestic Andes Mountains up close was one-of-a-kind experience.

This was a nice small group tour with a good guide. We enjoyed it. A great way to get out of the city for a day and see more of the region.
