Nos véhicules seront garés au port et nos chauffeurs et guides touristiques tiendront une pancarte de Bannockburn Tours attendant nos clients. La visite ne commencera que lorsque nous aurons récupéré tous les passagers confirmés ou 30 minutes après l'heure d'amarrage réelle. Nous serions donc reconnaissants si vous pouviez descendre du navire le plus tôt possible afin de ne pas manquer la visite. Et nous veillerons à ce que nos véhicules soient de retour à l'heure (environ 1 heure avant l'heure de départ) afin que nos clients n'aient aucun problème à rattraper le navire.

Tom was a fantastic driver and guide, and we really enjoyed this tour out along the Cabot Trail all of the way to Ingonish Beach. The scenery was breathtaking and tom was great about stopping along the way so we could stretch and take photos.
It was cancelled for lack of participation. Viator did not give me alternatives. We found alternative on our own online the night before. It was Highland Tours which coordinates with Viator , but Viator never gave us this option????
The tour was exactly as described. The driver/guide is a local and was very courteous. He shared interesting local information. It was a small group - 8 people in a van. The views were pretty. It was not a spectacular experience but was a good way to spend a nice sunny day visiting a small part of a famous sight.
Tour cancelled the night before arrival, after texting to ask what ship we were arriving on and what time. We were unable to secure an alternate tour to Cabot Trail by that time. Very disappointed.
Good day, we are sorry that you have missed this tour with us. Since there were multiple ships coming in on your tour day, and we did not have any ship information from you. We have tried to contact you many times in many ways but unfortunately we did not have your response until the night before your tour day. Since we did not have any space available for the ship you are coming from, we had to ask you to cancel the trip with us and issued you the refund. Again we are sorry for any inconvenience and wish you enjoy the rest of your cruise trip!
We were very disappointed and unimpressed with this tour. Very little to see. The stops were not impressive, nothing unique and nothing to write home about. Our Tour guide Tom, seemed knowledgable, but very boring. This tour was not worth the money we paid. The tour should include a full loop of Cape Breton (both sides) instead of going up one side and returning the same way we came, we essentially saw all the same sites twice.
Good day, we are sorry that you did not enjoy the tour with us. Tom is actually one of our best tour guides and we are confident that he has showed the best part of the Cape Breton Island as he could and we always get good reviews on Tom and the views along Cabot Trail. As for the route of the tour, unfortunately this tour is especially designed for the passengers from the cruise ships and normally you would not have enough time to go around the full trail. Again we are sorry that you did not enjoy Cabot Trial and wish you have fun in the rest of your cruise trip!
Had a crying baby in the small bus. Also our guide didn't stop for lunch until we made him around 3:00. He said a restaurant would take too long but he didn't even stop at a grab and go.
Tom was okay, but about half the trip he just didn’t talk. Our baby was crying on and off so I get that he can’t talk over that but he didn’t try to talk between him crying at all. It felt like we didn’t actually do anything. We drove all the way back for 2 hours with no stops. We heard maybe 2 stories and learned a few facts but nothing really exciting. At least it was beautiful.
Underwhelming, despite previous good reviews. Some good scenic views but otherwise nothing of interest. Stops were either picture points or a beach. We were supposed to be out until 7:30 pm but without discussion with the group Tom choose to bring us back early so one couple could make a 6:30 diner booking. As it turns out we were glad to be back! Lunch stop was not until after 3pm and mid morning stop for a drink was in a cafe so busy that the queue extended out the door! After lunch we boarded to total silence. Not a welcome back nothing and our driver did not speak again for at least 40 minutes. I would not recommend this trip.
We booked a tour for our group of 28 people, and it was a hit. Every single guest thoroughly enjoyed the tour — great guide service, beautiful sights, and an all‑around fantastic experience. We will be back again next year with a new group of guests. Thanks for the outstanding service!
