We had an amazing time at the tequila tasting! Our host, Luis, was absolutely fantastic—he was knowledgeable, engaging, and kept the experience fun with his great sense of humor. He shared the fascinating history of tequila and taught us the proper techniques for tasting and drinking it, which made us appreciate it even more. The entire experience was interactive, informative, and entertaining from start to finish. We learned a lot, laughed a lot, and had an awesome time. If you have the chance to do this tasting, I highly recommend it—especially if Luis is your host!

Luis, the facilitator. was very knowledgeable and fun. He provided very interesting and detailed presentation...not just a tasting, but we were educated on the various types of agave as well as the natural versus the commercial production of tequila which determines the taste of the final product. It was a great experience!

This was our fourth class with Mexico's Johnny Cash as we bring newbies with us to Cabo: we always learn something new about tequila, mescal, raicilla, and bacanora, and he's always patient and delightful! The pairings with shrimp, fruit, beef, chocolate, cheese and candy truly change the way I think of serving tequila. It's both educational and delicious! It has given us a new appreciation for the liquors made from agave!
