Côté brésilien des chutes - Tous les billets sont inclus

Description

Disappointing, took to a shop for 20mins at the beginning of the tour…unnecessary! Took 2 hours from pick up to get to the actual falls which were 30 mins away. Given as long for lunch as was allocated for walking the falls so ended up getting an uber back to the hotel instead of wasting time. Not guided round just dropped off and pointed in the right direction!
Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions with us. We’re sorry to hear that parts of the experience didn’t meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points. The 20‑minute stop at Chocolate Caseiro is part of all regular tours, and while it may feel unnecessary to some, many guests use this moment to exchange money, which is quite important before entering the park. Regarding the travel time, your hotel was the first on the pickup route. Because of ongoing roadworks on Avenida das Cataratas combined with the high season, traffic queues have been longer than usual. This may have given the impression of a much longer journey, but it was not actually two hours. As for the balance between lunch and the trail, the schedule is standardized across all regular tours. If the group arrives a bit later, the time inside the park is extended so that no part of the experience is lost. Finally, about the guiding style: our guides explain the main points at the first viewpoint, indicate the trail, and then set a meeting point near the Devil’s Throat for further explanations. This approach allows each guest to enjoy the walk at their own pace — whether stopping for photos or moving more quickly — without feeling rushed. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve and also gives us the chance to explain the reasons behind certain operational choices. We hope you’ll consider visiting again so we can provide you with an even smoother experience. – C2Rio Team
The tour is very well organized and allows you to see the falls without having to run. The guide is punctual and takes the time to explain
Cher Passager, Merci pour votre commentaire ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l'organisation du tour et les explications du guide. À très bientôt pour une nouvelle expérience ! Cordialement, – Équipe C2Rio
Go prepared to spend all day at the falls and be able to take the boat ride! It is recommended to pay for lunch in the restaurant, it is worth it and you will not regret it
Estimado pasajero, Gracias por su recomendación y por compartir estos consejos tan útiles. Nos alegra saber que disfrutó de la experiencia en las cataratas. Atentamente, - Equipo C2Rio.
Fabulous, great tour guide Marcos, he was kind, courteous, and full of information. Careful driver and helpful when it came to meeting points.
Driver did not turn up at hotel as he had gone to the wrong hotel. When he realized he said it is too far to go back. Viator are investigating, but the line is not good and I was cut off. I hope I can get a refund.
All the transportation was beautiful, the Paseo Macuco service, the view is the best because you are in front of the falls....everything very clean and well-kept.
We stayed in a hotel on the Argentina side and the tour organized our transportation to the Brazilian side of the falls and the driver took care of the border crossing. It was great not to have to worry about any of that. The falls from the Brazilian side are incredible. You can see so much of them that it’s mind boggling at times. I recommend seeing them from both sides. Our tour guide, Joao Pedro was awesome! He spoke English, Spanish, and Portuguese for our small group, which was very impressive and appreciated. He also facilitated getting us lunch at the restaurant which was also great.
Beautiful landscape of the falls. You can appreciate the maximum expression of nature. All very well organized and cared for.
This was a super frustrating experience and I don’t recommend this tour operator at all. I paid for the 4 hour tour ONLY for the waterfalls yet I was taken with two people who had paid for also the bird park and boat ride. I was forced to wait 1.5-2 hours for them at the bird park before going to the waterfalls. I booked this tour cause I had limited time and did not appreciate wasting 2 hours of my morning on something that did not say was in my tour. Didn’t get to the falls until 11am even though I was picked up at 8:30am. Additionally, after have experienced the tour on the Argentinian side with a different operator my guide didn’t provide any additional insights to the waterfalls.
Don’t miss going to see the Falls on Brazil’s side, one from there sees how imposing and wonderful they are. And we also compare what tourist service is, selling souvenirs, parking and others. The Argentinian side A DISASTER as those in the park treat you, the souvenir sales place a SHAME, but without doubt the Falls on the Argentine side are WONDERFUL.
