Notre bus viendra vous chercher votre hébergement dans le centre-ville de Rovaniemi et depuis le village du Père Noël. Il est important que vous soyez prêt au moins cinq minutes avant l'heure de départ prévue. Veuillez attendre dehors près de la porte principale de votre hôtel. Frais supplémentaires pour la prise en charge à la station Apukka, à l'hôtel Arctic Snow, à Vaatunkki.

Transport in a comfortable bus. Driver on top. 3 hours on site is limit if we eat on site. 15 min left (View 30 min.) Too bad Viator does not organize/include the zoo visit in this activity.
The pick was on time and friendly. Can’t remember the name of the driver. The zoo is excellent. Dress warmly. Hand warmers definitely recommended at this time of year. Amazing to see the animals and birds out in the cold. No polar bears and the brown bears were hibernating but that was okay. Great trail. Would highly recommend this tour!
This tour was just transportation to and from the Zoo for us and that was flawless. Communication, talking to the driver and the vehicle itself were top. The only thing was that depending on the configuration 3h at the Zoo may feel right
Good ride, driver was nice. Felt a little pricey for ride but would have paid the same for a uber or bolt driver, van had WiFi and charging port which was helpful
We have spent 4 families in Rovaniemi for a few days and we have hired them for all the transfers. It is the second year we have done it and we will hire them again. Our driver Sergei has been fantastic, super punctual, an excellent driver. He gave us the transfer to and from the airport, the excursions to SANTA PARK and SANTA CLAUS VILLAGE and the excursion to RANUA. Communication prior to the trip was also excellent. Without a doubt a serious company that you can trust!!! ah! And they have large and small buses for different group sizes.
Great quick trip, and at low cost, compared to all other means of transport in Rovaniemi. Highly recommended to avoid the overpriced taxi
Very happy with this service. The driver collected us from our hotel, was on time and very pleasant. He gave us advice on arrival and waited until we had visited the zoo and had lunch before driving us back to our hotel. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to go to the zoo, it certainly makes for a stress free and comfortable journey, the cost of the tickets for the distance of the drive was worth it.
There are 6 of us planning to go to Ranua zoo from the city centre, then luckily we saw their service. So then we booked a private minibus to the zoo, the driver waited us all the time when we are in zoo. Not to be exaggerate, but should be the best and cheaper way to get to Ranua Zoo among the others!
We were at Santa village pick up location early. We never got picked up. They had my phone number and e-mail, but they never bothered to call. At least we got refunded.

We picked up 4 people from your hotel that morning, we left it in accordance with the schedule. We didn't call you, because in our booking system, your reservation was made on other date and when you called us, the bus was already on way to Ranua. We are always happy to help and try to resolve problems, but our solution didn't suit you and we refunded your payment. I’m very sorry again!
