However, this typically requires waiting in the purchase line, which during busy hours can take 40–60 minutes or more. Our service provides electronic tickets secured in advance, allowing travelers to skip the ticket purchase line and proceed directly to the boarding queue. To provide this convenience, staff must physically obtain the tickets locally, stand in line on behalf of travelers, process the payment, and deliver the tickets electronically. The difference between the printed ticket value and the online price reflects this convenience service, handling, and payment processing.
