Buckle up ! Make sure you give full address of hotel if being dropped off We got back safe that’s the first thing ! Had enough breaks to break up the trip stopping at road serviced amenities ( payment needed for toilet)and store for food and drink saw some nice senerary too
There were only 4 luxury seats in the bus and as were the last family to be collected we did not have access to the luxury seats. Our seats did not recline and we had to endure the fellow passengers lounging on their seats which took up most of our space. It was really annoying that we paid the same amount as everyone else but did not have the benefit of the same comfort. My advise would be to check the seating arrangement before you book as we have booked a similar service for another part of our journey and the seats were all the same and everyone on board had a similar experience
The vans they use for this trip are clean and comfortable but not well suited to how many people they put in them. There are two cramped seats up front with the driver, 4 captains chairs that are comfortable, and then three seats across in the back that are not great. I was stuck in the middle seat in the back for the 6 hour journey which was hot and extremely bumpy. The highways in Vietnam are rough and if you sit in the back you will be bounced around enough that you'll have a massive headache upon arrival. There is wifi in the van which is a nice touch, but the phone charging ports don't work so bring an extra portable charger if you plan on using it. I would not take this trip again using one of these Vans. There is a sleeper bus option that is far more comfortable for the long journey.

Good drive, good driver, but always concerned with drivers chat on their cell phone while driving.
