Our experience was amazing, all forty requirements were catered for and the food was delicious, would highly recommend!
Amina explained the individual steps very well. It was a great experience and a nice evening activity. I definitely recommend it!
We booked the cooking class with Amina and it was great! She was very helpful and kind. We made our own Burek and it turned out fantastic, thanks to her help! Would definitely recommend this class to others.
Unfortunately, we arrived a bit too late, but thankfully it was not a problem. Amina was extremely kind and accommodating, and she guided us very competently through the evening. At the beginning, everyone received an elderflower drink and was subsequently equipped with aprons, etc. The price includes, of course, a traditional schnapps and a yogurt drink along with the burek. The vegetarian filling consisted of pumpkin, which we enjoyed very much! The waiting time was well bridged (let yourselves be surprised :) ) The price-performance ratio is absolutely in line!
Very nice - well structured - no compulsion and waiting times were well bridged. All participants were super relaxed, the provider very friendly. Taste maybe not the best burek ever but it was delicious and homemade from therefore highly recommended.
We did the burek masterclass yesterday and had a great time. The instructors actually ran the class just for the two of us, which was really generous and made it very relaxed. They were incredibly friendly and patient and shared lots of helpful tips on stretching and working the jufka (dough) so we can recreate it at home. After the class the restaurant baked the burek for us. It turned out delicious and made for a great dinner with a salad and some drinks. They also shared photos, videos and several traditional Bosnian recipes with us afterwards. A really fun and relaxing evening activity to do in Mostar and a great way to learn about traditional Bosnian food.
It was fun to try with a fun crowd of strangers. It was very nice that we all sat together afterwards and enjoyed the Burek together. Note that Burek takes 45 minutes to cook which is waiting time after learning to make it. This is a good option to have dinner in a different way.
This was the best time! Very informative and personal. I’m vegetarian and she gave me the yummiest pumpkin substitute. Bar available if you want some drinks throughout the class. Such a great experience!
We arrived at the restaurant at the correct time, but the person who was supposed to host us wasn’t there. The restaurant manager said he knew of a class taking place in the evening, but none was planned for the morning. Our tickets stated 10:30am, so we were very disappointed.
