Our guide Kian was amazing! Great experience - orangutans, Thomas leaf and plenty of macaque monkeys as well as hornbills! Would definitely recommend the 3 day trek - the 2nd day/night you see very few people and the campsites are stunning!
Amazing experience - 4 orangutans, rhino hornbills, the endemic Thomas Leaf Monkies. The whole team is really nice - special shout out to Kian our guide, he spotted a lot of stuff that other guides didn't, and made the experience special for us. I'd definitely recommend a longer hike, the more you stay the better stuff you see! We might come back and do a 7 day.
All experience with those guys was amazing from picking the type of trekking follow their recomendations, to the trip itself, they taking lot of care of the tourist and also giving very good english explanations, aviable 24h even if there is a problem always have a good solution to give. Was a very safe trip and definetely i would recommend anyone to do this with them. Unforgettable experience!!!

Great experience, the guides make sure you always spot orangutans, monkeys & gibbons. They take great care of their guests too. It’s a real adventure, if you embrace the simple jungle life this is the perfect trip for you.
We booked a 4-day, 3-night tour and we had the most amazing experience. This company is locally-run company and our guide Kian is extremely experienced and knowledgeable about the wildlife and also about Bukit Lawang and Sumatra in general. He is a true blooded « jungle-man » and his love and commitment to the conservation of the national park is obvious and very inspirational. He also has a good sense of humour and gave us energy when we needed it. His team mates were also amazing. Badri was my « spare battery » as he helped me a lot along the way especially when I was very tired. Our cook also prepared delicious meals for us. Thank you for the most amazing experience!
We startet our tour with our guide Ian. He was really nice and fun. At our trekking tour we saw a lot of orangue utans, long tale makkaken, pig tale makkake and thomas monkeys. The nature was sooo beautiful and it was just a little bit to hot and wet at the same time. I guess thats normal for the rain forest - haha. We got breakfast, lunch and dinner from our team. It was delicous. Specially the tropical fruits and the fried noodles and rice. This trekking company is one of the last 100% local organiced company. All the other trekking companys have their organisation at french, england, etc. So they are controlled by the europian companys. I think we should support the indonesien companys.
The best by far. Treatment, food and people all super pleasant. BIMA AND TARZON are 10/10 guys, perfect assistants. The best. Nanda pukima always.
