Buena Vista Vandara Hot Spring Mega Combo Tour De Playa Flamingo

My daughter's favorite activity of the entire trip was horseback riding. The horses were very sweet and great for inexperienced riders. The zip lining was amazing. All the gear was in great shape. We loved the exhilaration of the water slide. My son was disappointed he wasn't allowed to go down it since he had just had knee surgery 6 weeks ago, but we understand from a liability aspect. Everyone was so polite and helpful.

Great and amazing tour , tour guides were great with full energy .. we had a blast tour, zipline was enjoyable and hot spring relaxing

My friends and I booked this combo months ago, our guide Rainer was very punctual and fun. He guided us along the way to some important aspects and stories. The activities were of a high level, the staff was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed the tour very much and I would like to recommend this tour for all people who like to enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica.

The activities were super fun and exciting. The staff were very caring and helpful. They made the experience a great one. Unfortunately, during the waterslide activity, I ended up flipping over on the slide and hitting my forehead. It's a very difficult slide that requires a lot of concentration and too much water can take the slide from exciting to dangerous. The staff were very accomodating and showed concern. Overall, I would still recommend this company and the activities minus the slide (do this at your own risk). The waterfalls and natural springs are awesome.

Our Costa Rica tour involved an approximate 1.5 - 2 hour drive each way to the tour location. It became apparent during the drive that the driver was not well. He was displaying symptoms including: sniffing, clearing his throat, attempting to hide a cough and taking multiple Halls cough drops. I asked him directly if he was sick but didn't get a direct response. As as we were traveling through rural Costa Rica we had no real choice but to complete the tour. Upon completion of the tour we called the local operator and spoke to a gentleman who said he ran operations. He was unaware of the status of the driver but said he would find out. He called us back and said that the driver was vaccinated and did not have a temperature and aggressively asserted that the driver was not unwell. His explanation for the cough drops was that he himself took them when he was not unwell. He agreed to give the driver a covid test and call me back the next day with the results. He never did. Today my children got sick (covid test pending). I called the operator and he hung up on me and calls are no long being answered. I've now called Viator help line, explained the situation, they have tried to contact the operator who is now non responsive. As it stands I've been told a response time from Viator is 7-10 days and I'm currently attempting to get this escalated for some actual attention from someone at the comany.

Carlos and his teams were amazing , carlos pick up to our hotel on time in a luxury mini vans. My family and I had one of the best time at Costa Rica with Pininos. We did canopy tour, water slide , horseback ride and the best part so far natura hot spring .. We love to recommend this activity for any family with kids , best way to explore Costa Rica and visit the volcano , great job guys for take care my family !

Our excursion day with Pininos Adventures was the HIGHLIGHT of our annual family vacation trip. Everyone could not stop talking about all the fun we had zip-lining on the canopy tour, the super fast water slide, recounting memories from our childhood while on horseback, tasting the best coffee, and the relaxing hot springs. Our guide for the day was Rainer and he was incredibly hospitable, telling us educational stories about the countryside during our drive up and even pointing out great places to purchase souvenirs. The flow of the day was excellent from start to finish with perfectly timed activities that allowed for an escape from the hot sun while also building up an appetite for a delicious on site lunch and refreshing drinks. We had so much fun with Pininos, we booked an ATV tour for the next day with Pininos Adventures and they accommodated our last minute schedule flawlessly. We did not want the fun to end! Their shuttle service was super convenient and care free with pick up and drop off practically at our villa front door. I am recommending this company to anyone I know visiting the Guanacaste area of Costa Rica.

Before we did the atv tour, we book this combo tour to the tropical rain forest ( Rincon de la Vieja volcano ) we did canooy tour, water slide, horseback ride and we do really enjoy the hot spring with mud bath . Carlos set up and recommend this tour for us and I just want to say it was amazing to explore other country . Th guys you are amazing !

We had such an amazing three separate full days with Carlos, our guide. We did the Atv rides and snorkeling, hikes through the rainforest, and a full day adventure tour with zipline, hot springs, mud bath, horseback ride, and rafting. Each of the days were so amazing and individually exciting. We saw tons of wildlife and nature, even were 2 feet away from a sloth! Carlos was great. He was so kind and easy to talk to and had so much knowledge about the wildlife, we learned so much. I’d definitely recommend to do any of the trips they have to offer, all we’re phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Sad to be home!

This excursion was AWESOME! The zip lining was lots of fun, the views were amazing, horses were very tame (perfect whether you're young or old) and the food for lunch was amazing as well. We had a great time, bought some pottery and some souvenirs for family while there as well. Pininos was amazing, they allowed a change in days when our luggage never made it to CR, and our tour guide Carlos was very fun and informative. Would definitely recommend this particular excursion and tour group to everyone.
