La basilique est la plus grande église de Budapest, elle abrite le trésor le plus sacré de Hongrie, la main droite momifiée de Saint-Étienne, le Szent Jobb (la main droite sacrée). Nous vous recommandons également de visiter la basilique de l'intérieur, car c'est l'une des plus belles églises du pays avec de nombreux détails passionnants.

Construit en 1897, le Grand Marché couvert est le plus beau et le plus grand marché couvert de Budapest.
Il y a deux choses remarquables à voir au sommet de la colline Gellért: la Citadelle et le Monument de la Libération. Ne manquez pas de visiter la colline de Gellért si vous souhaitez voir des panoramas incroyables et entendre des histoires intéressantes.

Située près de l'église Matthias, la statue de la Sainte Trinité se trouve au milieu de la place de la Trinité. La colonne commémore les habitants de Buda décédés des suites de deux épidémies de la peste noire.

La place des héros est un endroit idéal pour découvrir la riche histoire de la Hongrie. Ici, vous verrez le monument des héros, le monument millénaire, la galerie d'art, le musée des beaux-arts et plus encore.
Le château de Vajdahunyad est un château romantique à Budapest, situé dans le magnifique parc de la ville au bord du lac de plaisance (patinoire en hiver). Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez faire une belle promenade avec votre guide autour du château dans ce bel espace vert.
Ce bâtiment aux allures de théâtre est une piscine et un bain thermal. Jetez un coup d'œil au célèbre bain Szechenyi, situé dans le parc de la ville.

What a treasure we found having Dahlia show us around Budapest! There were five of us, newly off a cruise down the Danube, so we had seen some of the city already. We were pleased that Dahlia was flexible, amenable to changes, even as we were traveling. She came with Laszlo, a super driver and nice man. Dahlia , herself, was very charming, very warm. This tour might seem expensive but it is worth every penny. We were met in our hotel reception by our driver/guide Arkos who was extremely friendly and guided us to our beautiful BMW 7 Series vehicle with complimentary water which was very welcome. Absolutely luxurious vehicle and very clean and comfortable. We advised that on previous days we had already been to a number of places listed on the itinerary and he explained that as this was a private tour we could decide where we wanted to go. We wanted to spend the most time on Buda side as we love history. Fortunately Arkos has a degree in history and his knowledge and enthusiasm in sharing this knowledge was outstanding and made the tour so much more interesting. He was genuinely happy to be showing us around and he so loved his job. An absolute gentleman and scholar. He took us to places that you would never find on your own. A reflection of his local knowledge having been born and bred in Budapest. We ended our tour on the Pest side of the city which gave us ideas as to where to visit the next day. The four hour duration went very quickly and we wished that we had booked for longer. Great that we could pick our own itinerary and how much time we spent in each location. Thoroughly recommend this company and especially Arkos as your guide / driver.

We had a private luxury sightseeing tour in Budapest and visited Szentendre, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Christine Teplan, was fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and made everything feel easy and personalized. You can tell she really knows the history and the area, but she explains it in a way that’s interesting, not overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend her. Our driver, Laszlo, was also great — very professional and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Szentendre itself was charming and a perfect escape from the city — beautiful streets, relaxed atmosphere, and great places to walk, eat, and explore. Overall, it was a seamless, well-run experience and I’d absolutely recommend it.

Took a 5-hour private luxury sightseeing tour of Budapest and had a really great day thanks to two outstanding folks: Christine the tour guide, and Gabor at the wheel in a very comfortable Mercedes van. What made this absolutely beautiful historic city more particularly amazing was Christine's impressive knowledge, understanding and instant recall of Hungarian history. She provided such an excellent and colorfull education of this country's history; from prehistoric to present, weaving places, dates, significant events, and people together that resulted in a really memorable experience for me. I believe I was able to see and learn more in a day on this tour than I would have by living here for 6 months. Great place, great people and outstanding service. Thanks Christine and Gabor; you did a great job and definitely more than full value for the price.
