Highly recommend the chocolate workshop!

Highly recommend the chocolate workshop. Very well organised with a demonstration to start, lovely cool marble counters to work on, plenty of chocolate in all 3 flavours to work with. It was a lovely addition when a member of staff came in to take everyone’s pictures with their phones, so they could have a memento. Very well organised from start to finish; cubby holes for bags, sinks for hand washing, aprons and toppings you get to keep. Use of stencils to make shapes and a very nice paper bag to take it all home in. I have already tried one of the chocolates and it is tasty! The most fun thing I did in Brussels - don’t miss it. Very central location as well. The chocolate museum afterwards was extremely comprehensive, so much bigger than expected, you can learn so much!

Chocolate Workshop & Museum Tour

Tristan led the chocolate workshop and was great! It was fun creating some different gifts. The tour was ok, one opportunity to taste chocolate. Was cool to see a chocolatière at work then try his creations! There are some interesting artefacts on display.

We’re glad you enjoyed the workshop and the chance to craft your own chocolate gifts. The demonstration by our master chocolatier is always a highlight, and it’s rewarding to hear you appreciated both the process and the tasting. The collection of artifacts offers a glimpse into chocolate’s rich history, and we’re pleased it added context to your visit.

Awesome!

Great experience! We made 1 large chocolate, 4 small chocolates, and plenty of chocolate coins and lollipops. It was a lot of fun!

Chocoholics Dream

My husband and I had a great time making chocolate under Louise’s careful supervision. She was brilliant and made the workshop so much fun. It’s definitely value for money. You get to make chocolate first. You make lots so it’s a good idea to take a few sandwich bags. Then you get to keep the apron. Afterwards you do a self guided tour of the chocolate museum. It was very well organised, clean and great fun! 10/10

What a joy to read that ou chocolatier could share her passion and guide you both through the creation of your own chocolates. The workshop is designed to let every participant leave with a generous batch, and those sandwich bags are indeed a handy tip we’ll start sharing more often. We’re delighted the self-guided tour complemented the experience so seamlessly; it’s always rewarding when visitors find the flow between hands-on activity and discovery just right. If the magic of tempering and molding has left you craving more, our tablette workshop offers another chance to dive deeper into the craft.

Beautiful experience of learning and entertainment.

The workshop was excellent; Louise was very friendly and attentive to everything we requested to help us make our chocolates, which we ultimately took home in a bag along with the work apron. Very fun and recommendable experience.

We’re so glad you enjoyed both the musée and the atelier chocolat, it sounds like the perfect mix of discovery and hands-on fun. Hearing that you could take your creations home in one piece (and still call it a success) makes us smile.

An excellent moment with family.

We participated in a chocolate workshop and then we visited the museum. Everything went extremely well. The workshop was very well run, and we were able to leave with our creations. We had a great time. As for the museum, it is very comprehensive about the entire history of chocolate and very interesting. A very good time with family, plan for about 2 to 3 hours.
