Excellent guide (Robin ) who showed us many places to explore in more detail so that we're looking forward to our next visit to Brussels. The bikes were in good condition and we had a great time.
The weather was brutal as it was downpouring throughout the tour and the event operator should have asked us to reschedule. We even ended the tour 75 min + early b/c of the wether. Be advised that the meeting point is located in the metro station not at the corner, as described by your confirmation email. The true blessing was our tour guide Bruno. He was awesome and made the tour worthwhile with his knowledge and compassion. He even let us use his ebike b/c one of the ebikes left by the event operator was broken. I recommend Bruno but I'm 50/50 on Cities by Bike.
Hi, all the other tours that afternoon had a break in a bar (but you refused to have q break until the rain stops) during the rain because it was just a short rain and they continued after. Bruno is a new guide and forgot how to start the battery of the ebike;), it was not Broken at all. At the corner is a big plate to show you how to go to the Company in the station. But thanks to rate 4 stars even with viking in the rain. Best regards CBB team
The guide was very nice, also the Service of the organizer. The description incorrectly stated that the leadership was in German, which turned out to be a mistake. One day before the tour, the organizer was very anxious to find a good solution. The tour itself was also entertaining and a very nice way to explore Brussels. We cycled 15 km and two smaller mountains and saw some things we wouldn't have seen otherwise
A fantastic and complete tour through the wonderful city of Brussels, a phenomenal and enjoyable Guide when it comes to making the explanations of it
The tour was amazing. It rained almost the whole time, but Robin made it so much fun. I never imagined the guide would be so enthusiastic or as sympathetic as he was. He speaks english very well and clearly. He showed us several sights, told us many historical facts and jokes, took the time to take our pictures and answer all my questions (which were many). We went in for a bike tour and left with two friends. The city is beautiful and the tour includes many green parks which was a plus for us. LGBT friendly and we recommend taking the electric bikes because it's a long ride with lots of ups and downs. It's a great choice if you have limited time in the city, we only had a day and felt like we were able to see a lot more than by ourselves. If you can only choose one thing to do there, it's this tour. We thank Cities By Bike and Robin for this amazing take on Brussels.
Bike tour is the best way to discover the central of Brussels but you have to be fit to do so Other wise you can ask the guide to provide you with electric bike
Our guide Robyn was enthusiastic and knowledgable. If you want a bike tour that takes you off the beaten track and shows you a wide variety of what the city has to offer beyond the tourist highlights (although they are included) hen this is a great option. Recommend the e-bike option though - there are a few hills!
Stephan was a Great tour guide. The history of the city was enlightening. The city of Brussels is beautiful. It’s the best way to take in the highlights. The hills did take some effort and the group size was tough to keep together, but everyone did a good job with that. Highly recommend this tour.
Our guide was rude. He didn’t seem very knowledgeable. Poor command of English language. Racist jokes not appreciated. I also thought that he took us through useless parts of Brussels and wasted so much time. And didn’t spend anytime in the historic parts
Excellent tour if you have limited time in Brussels. You cover so much of the city and the biking aspect is a fun way to get around.
