I took the Windy City Ghosts walking tour on a beautiful June evening, and it was an engaging mix of Chicago ghost stories and local history. Our guide Alec was knowledgeable and had clearly done his research, sharing eerie tales like a 20th-century blood sacrifice and the mysterious disappearance of children at a local theater. The tour was easy to book, accessible for all fitness levels, and the small group made it feel more personal. Unless you stayed close to the guide while walking, it was hard to hear side conversations. That just goes to show how friendly and interactive the vibe was throughout the tour. Bonus points for unexpected add-ons like EMF meters! If you're into haunted Chicago tours, this one is well worth an hour of your evening.
