Braga: Tour Privée d'une Demi-Journée de Porto

The tour was Full day Braga & Guimarães. We were very lucky to have Carlos as our tour guide. It was a very informative tour with our experienced & knowledgeable guide great history & he answered all questions & his humour was appreciated. He was kind to me when walking down the steps & that was great help to me. Great day & I say that as we had a bit of rain.

Tanya was an amazing and enthusiastic guide, and Joel was a great driver, always on time.

This was the best tour we’ve ever taken. Our guide, Rafael, had an exceptional attitude and impressive knowledge. He never stopped sharing fascinating information throughout the tour; it was clear that he’s an expert on the topics and knows how to convey them in a clear, dynamic, and engaging way. Plus, you can tell he’s passionate about his work and puts a lot of heart into it, which made the whole experience even more special. Without a doubt, his explanations were top-notch, and I’d love to join him again on another tour. The tour was in Spanish, which made everything much more comfortable and easier to enjoy. If you have the chance to choose, booking the tour with him will undoubtedly be the best decision. Likewise, our driver was very professional. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but the service was impeccable. The tour took place on April 5, 2026, in Group 8 (Braga, in Spanish), departing from Porto. I had to write this review because, coming from Mexico, not just any tour is worth it, and this one definitely exceeded all our expectations.

Our guide Rui was so knowledgeable about this area and very friendly. We learned so much from him about Braga, Portugal and the design and creation of the various artwork and design in the church. It was developed over decades and several church leaders with their own ideas. The trip and tour was like a day with a friend who wanted us to learn about his country. Braga was lovely. We’d definitely recommend and ask for Rui.

Mauro was a fantastic guide. We took a full day private tour of Sintra, Cascais & Estoril with him yesterday and were thrilled to find out he was also going to be our guide today for our full day tour of Fatima, Nazare & Obidos! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic!

The tour itself is wonderful but the guide was even better. Mario , you are amazing! If only all tour guides were like you! He made every stop interesting - facts, interesting stories and history. He kept everyone wanting to know more and super patient at all times. Mario was accompanied by a great driver too, Filipe - so patient and respectful! You make an incredible duo.
