Explorez la cathédrale de Braga, la plus ancienne du Portugal, avec un accès exclusif à ses chapelles et à son chœur haut. Savourez un repas traditionnel dans un restaurant local accompagné du célèbre vin Vinho Verde de la région. Remontez le temps avec une promenade paisible dans cette ville médiévale enchanteresse. Visitez le légendaire château de Guimarães, où le Portugal est né, et explorez le Palais des Ducs, mettant en valeur la splendeur de la vie royale. Nous commençons notre visite au sommet de la montagne et visitons le plus magnifique sanctuaire du Portugal et son escalier magique.
Connu pour la ville des archevêques où nous visiterons son centre historique, visiter l'intérieur de la cathédrale. Nous aurons un accès exclusif à l'intérieur des chapelles ainsi qu'au chœur élevé du monument.
Arrêtez-vous pour un délicieux déjeuner au restaurant Diana où les saveurs intenses de la cuisine du nord du Portugal se combinent avec le Vinho Verde (vin vert).
Le plus ancien château du Portugal a été l'endroit où le premier roi portugais a grandi et a une signification très importante et une référence à l'indépendance du pays.
Le Palais des Ducs où nous sommes éblouis par les luxes de la royauté d'autres temps. Toute une histoire du Portugal sera racontée par nos guides locaux qui ont toujours suivi le groupe.
À la fin de la journée, nous invitons nos visiteurs à découvrir la ville médiévale romantique du centre historique de Guimarães. Nous nous promènerons dans les vieilles rues étroites de la ville et possibilité de faire des achats de souvenirs.

We learned a lot about the history of Portugal and the area. Our guide, Jorge, was really experienced and knowledgeable, he was patient and kind. There’s walking involved, but with that comes beautiful views and a delicious lunch!

Very good trip. Our guide was perfect. It was over 100 degrees today and he made sure we stayed in shade as much as possible. Very informative. Lunch was very good also

Nuno was hands down one of the best guides we could have ever asked for. He was incredibly knowledgeable on our day trip to Braga and Guimares. We went to several churches and had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. We learned more about the Catholic faith which in turn has strengthened our faith. Couldn’t have asked for a better day!

This tour was amazing! Our guide, Jorge, picked us up on time and drove us first to Braga where we did some sightseeing and had a fabulous lunch. From there we went to Guimaraes for more sightseeing and had a little extra time to explore the old town. Jorge was very knowledgeable, providing us with the history about each place we visited. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Jorge! You will love these two cities!

This was an amazing tour. Miguel was so knowledgeable about the history of Braga and Guimeres and took us to some stunning churches and castles. We have a fantastic lunch at Maria's restaurant. I would highly recommend this tour.

Jorge was a great guide. Informative, engaging, always ready with an answer to a question. Kept us on schedule with clear directions, had a great lunch set up for us. I’ll say though, the experience felt a little weak esp after the second location (Guimaraes) just wasn’t worth the travel IMO.

This tour was wonderfully laid out and planned. Our tour guide was Nuno and he was very accommodating. The trip starts from top to bottom and you don’t have to climb back up or back track, Nuno would give us time to enjoy and he would go retrieve the vehicle and pick us up. Nuno was very knowledgeable and gave us the most information of the whole trip to Portugal. He knew all of the details and the history. The restaurant we ate at was Diana Restaurant, which was delicious. Overall, the level of service on this trip was excellent. The design of the trip was superb and the trip we thought we might skip was one of the best. I highly recommend if you like visiting non-touristy places (where locals live) and are into history.
