Profitez de la demi-journée parfaite qui se termine par un agréable moment de détente sur une magnifique plage. Vous aurez l'occasion de voir certains des bâtiments les plus historiques de Kingstown (la capitale), de Fort Charlotte et des jardins botaniques.

Itinéraire
Notre visite commence au terminal des navires de croisière de Kingstown. Nous vous ferons traverser notre capitale Kingstown. Au fur et à mesure que nous traverserons votre route, des informations vous seront présentées sur certains des bâtiments les plus historiques, tels que le commissariat central de police, le complexe financier, la Cour suprême des Caraïbes orientales et notre cénotaphe.
Nous allons traverser notre marché animé où de nombreux vendeurs et agriculteurs vendent leurs produits locaux.
En poursuivant votre route dans notre capitale Kingstown, nous roulerons dans la rue de l'église ou dans la "rue arrière", comme on l'appelle localement. Vous verrez ici un bref historique de l'église méthodiste, ainsi que de l'église anglicane et catholique.
Ensuite, nous nous rendrons à Fort Charlotte. Le Fort Charlotte est un fort de l’ère coloniale britannique, construit sur une colline surplombant le port et offrant une vue panoramique sur la côte sous le vent de l’île, notamment Kingstown, Young Island, Bequia et la célèbre île Mustique.
Après notre escale à Fort Charlotte, nous rejoindrons ensuite le high Leeward High, qui a été renommé en Nelson Mandela Highway. Au passage, vous verrez le Milton Cato Memorial Hospital, le Victoria Park - un petit stade également appelé Carnival City pendant la saison du carnaval, puis nous nous rendrons au Botanical Gardens, le plus ancien jardin du genre. dans l'hémisphère occidental
Ensuite, sur notre site final se trouve du côté au vent de Saint-Vincent et sera la belle plage pittoresque de Villa. Il offre également une vue imprenable sur le Young Island Resort où Johnny Depp et certains membres de son équipe sont restés pendant le tournage de The Pirates of the Caribbean. Villa Beach a aussi de bons bars et restaurants et de bonnes installations sanitaires. Ici, vous pouvez nager / plonger, alors marchez avec votre équipement de natation. (optionnel)

Take the botanical gardens tour with Antony when you arrive. He is amazing!
I loved the fact the lady who took us on the tour was early! We left at 0840 to meet her at pick up point and as we were leaving we had a call she was already there! We were due to meet at 0900. There were 3 of us on the route. She explained with humour and detail the history of the island. Drive safely through the narrow and hilly roads of st Vincent. First stop fort Charlotte. Chef the guide explained the history of a place that in parts made me feel uneasy who knows what the settlers did there. On to the botanical gardens which were sadly closed. So the tour changed and we went back to Kingstown explored the market and did a little shopping. Finally to paradise beach club. Could have missed that part to be honest but it was a good tour
Chef was a great your guide. She was very attentive to our wishes. When only 1 person of 6 wanted to go to the beach and only for a few minutes, she was quite willing to switch beaches so that the other 5 of us didn't have to pay for beach access that we wouldn't use. She told us a great deal about the island as she drove those narrow, steep roads so ably.
This was a great tour! Informative and interesting. Our tour guide was really terrific. The booking was changed because they couldn't make our last minute request work, so we reached for the next day via Whatsapp. This was super helpful because we had some othr things scheduled, and the tour company was able to tailor the tour to our needs. They even ended up dropping us off at the ferry terminal instead of back at the hotel which saved us time and a taxi fare.
Had a great tour with Dino yesterday (and with Shef for a short time). Dino"s driving skills (and, in particular, his clutch control up those hills) were brilliant!. Very informative anf enjoyable tour. The only reason we did not award 5 stars is that the beach resort that we visited at the end was ram jammed full. We were happy to stroll on the beach and have a drink in the coffee shop but those wanting a good beach expetience might be disappointed. Maybe find am alternative resort to take your guests if possible?
Many different varieties of trees, most labelled. Few flowers. Seats and benches to rest at. Toilet facilities available We didn't hire a guide, maybe we should have
We had a most enjoyable afternoon with Joel driving and Anthony at Fort Charlotte and a different Anthony in the stunning botanical gardens. Both men were very friendly and very knowledgable. Fabulous views from the fort and interesting history to learn. The gardens have trees from all over the world. There is a breadfruit tree descended from one planted by Captain Bligh. Anthony knew the history of every plant and is clearly a devoted caretaker. We also saw and heard the beautiful local parrot. Interesting afternoon including the drive there and back.

Very pleased with pickup and return to hotel with TopDawg Taxi. Suggest hiring your own private guide at the Gardens. Note that the Gardens does not take credit cards.
