Vous deviendrez des invités prioritaires pour monter au sommet du temple de Borobudur Ce célèbre temple bouddhiste, datant des VIIIe et IXe siècles, est situé au centre de Java. Il a été construit en trois niveaux : une base pyramidale avec cinq terrasses carrées concentriques, le tronc d'un cône avec trois plates-formes circulaires et, au sommet, un stupa monumental. Les murs et les balustrades sont ornés de fins bas-reliefs, couvrant une surface totale de 2 500 m2. Autour des plates-formes circulaires se trouvent 72 stupas ajourés, chacun contenant une statue du Bouddha. Le monument a été restauré avec l'aide de l'UNESCO dans les années 1970. Mise en valeur des reliefs en pierre et des nombreux visages de Bouddha.
Continuez votre visite par une visite du plus beau temple hindou de Prambanan. Construit au Xe siècle, c'est le plus grand complexe de temples dédié à Shiva en Indonésie. Découvrez les trois temples décorés de reliefs illustrant l'épopée du Ramayana, dédiée aux trois grandes divinités hindoues (Shiva, Vishnu et Brahma) et trois temples dédiés aux animaux qui les servent.
Ramayana Ballet, nous essayons de visualiser tout le soulagement au temple de Prambanan devenu un spectacle de danse Début de l'histoire Dans la forêt de Dandaka, Rahwana (Géant) a kidnappé Shinta et a été emmené à Alengka. Pour reprendre Shinta, Rama a été accepté par Hanoman et les forces des singes ont construit un pont vers le royaume d'Alengka pour libérer Shinta. Il y eut une grande bataille entre les royaumes d'Alengka et d'Ayodya. Les forces des singes combattent les géants qui défendent le royaume d'Alengka. Ayodya au concours pour obtenir Shinta. A savoir avant de partir • Le ballet Ramayana sera présenté les jeudi, vendredi et samedi Pour un autre jour comme ci-dessous Lundi : aucun Mardi : Spectacle de marionnettes d'ombres Mercredi : Spectacle de danse du Mahabharata Dimanche : Spectacle de ballet du masque Panji • Il y aura des frais supplémentaires si vous engagez un guide du temple local, car votre chauffeur/guide n'entrera pas dans le temple (ni dans aucune des attractions). • Profitez de votre voyage et passez une bonne journée

What an absolutely phenomenal day from start to finish! Our private guide, Bima, simply could not have been better. Friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, he brought the history of Yogyakarta and Indonesia to life throughout the journey and was fantastic while guiding us around both Borobudur and Prambanan temples. Bima’s hospitality was exceptional, with great advice throughout the day and even a stop at a luwak coffee plantation, which was a fascinating once-in-a-lifetime experience. Nothing ever felt rushed and the whole tour felt completely personal. We finished the evening with the Ramayana Ballet at Prambanan before Bima dropped us safely back at our hotel after a very long day. A truly memorable experience and one of the highlights of our time in Indonesia. If you can request Bima as your guide, do it – he was outstanding!

We had a fantastic day visiting Borobudur, Prambanan, and the Ramayana Ballet, and Dani made the entire experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He arrived early, was always ready to pick us up as soon as we finished each activity, and made navigating what can sometimes feel quite busy and chaotic completely effortless. He always explained exactly where we needed to go and took care of all the logistics. Dani was also incredibly knowledgeable. On the drives between places and on the locations, he shared so much about Indonesian history and culture, particularly the Hindu and Buddhist temples, and was able to answer every question we had (and tell us plenty we wouldn’t have known to ask!). Since we had some extra time, he even took us to another temple, as well as a great place for lunch, dinner, and a stop to try the local Luwak coffee. Dani was polite, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond throughout the entire day. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver and guide. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Very beautiful day, the visit to the 2 temples is done very well in one day. The evening show closes this beautiful day with a view of the Prambanan temple in the background. Awesome. The organization was top-notch. Picked up at the hotel at 8 a.m. as planned. Our driver Aris was very friendly, gave us good advice, and accompanied us during this day with kindness, top-notch!

This tour was exceptional and the guide (Bima) was phenomenal. Not only were the main sights (Borobudur and Prambanan) very impressive, the information that Bima shared really enriched the experience, and he was very pleasant to share a day with. His driving was very good, and after adding an interesting church visit in between the two main sites, he took us to a local bakery to sample amazing treats (and he made sure that our allergies were accommodated). The sunset at one of the temples near Prambanan, followed by a nice dinner and entertaining ballet, were the icing on the cake. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough, for the incredible sites but also thanks to the expertise and care of the guide!

The Prambanan Ramayana Ballet was an exceptionally holistic and unforgettable experience.
