It was wonderful to see all these masterpieces of art. The organization was excellent and we didn't have to wait at all. The staff was very kind. The length of the visit was good. I'm just wondering about the access fee. When I bought the tickets online through BOOKING in January, I paid 84 euros for two tickets. There was "a skip the line" option marked there. When I received the digital tickets from you the price was 18 euros each which makes 36 euros total. And it was also explained to me at the museum that there is no such an option "skip the line". That's why I was a little confused. Otherwise I was fascinated. The visit is an unforgettable experience for anyone who wants to get to know and touch the world's cultural heritage.
Thank you for sharing your experience. Regarding the visit cost, the booking platform commission, tax and customer service is included, too. Consider that the tickets in Borghese gallery are very limited and from one or two months ago, it is sold out. Also, the gallery assigned us a few tickets per month (it is the same for all agencies); So, you can not find the 18€ ticket. maybe you can find it at the location as last minute tickets. In this case, you have to stay in a line for some hours in the gallery and if anybody do not show up, the gallery gives his ticket to you; So, you are not sure that you can get the ticket or not. The Gallery was fantastic but we reserved 2 months in advance and had our time's changed from 1 to 3 then 3 to 5 and they sold our tickets to another with out our knowledge so we are looking for City Wonders and it's another company with our tickets.
Thank you for sharing your comment; About changing your time, it was not us which changed your visit time. Anyway, we are glad that you liked the gallery. AJA Global Tours
The Borghese Gallery holds some of the most wonderful of Bernini’s Baroque sculptures. They are dramatic, highly realistic works optimally displayed in this spacious mansion set in a lovely park. Trip Advisor facilitated our two hour window for viewing by providing us with “Skip the Line “ tickets. My friend and I met the Trip Advisor representative in front of the building and he ushered us in and then left. We were happy not to have to follow a guide on a programmed tour; we wanted to enjoy the gallery on our own. It was just a little disappointing that I was not able to buy tickets directly from the gallery, even several months in advance. Tour companies seem to buy up blocks of tickets for resale. In this case the extra charge wasn’t prohibitive.
One of the best museums in Rome surrounded by an amazing garden. The operator was on time and everything went smoothly. It was an amazing experience.
