Vous rencontrerez votre guide touristique devant la galerie, recevrez des casques pour écouter clairement et entrerez avec des billets d'entrée coupe-file. Votre visite commencera au rez-de-chaussée où vous aurez la chance de visiter le célèbre "Enlèvement de Proserpine" du Bernin et de découvrir le mythe latin derrière cet incroyable chef-d'œuvre. Votre visite se poursuivra par la découverte d'autres chefs-d'œuvre célèbres créés par le Bernin tels que "Apollon & Daphné" et "David". Votre voyage se poursuivra ensuite au premier étage où votre guide vous montrera des peintures acclamées réalisées par Raphaël et Caravage, telles que le "Jeune Bacchus malade" et "Le garçon avec une corbeille de fruits". Non seulement les statues et les peintures vous étonneront, mais la galerie elle-même est magnifiquement ornée de moulures dorées et de fresques couvrant entièrement les plafonds.

Fantastic experiment with our guide. She knew everything about the history of the paintings and sculptures in the gallery and it really helped to greatly enhance our experience. You could tell she enjoyed her job as she’s been a guide for 18+ years and has an art history background so we were in good hands. And better, I lucked out on being in a small group of 5 so we were able to maneuver around the gallery with ease and got any and all questions answered. Easy 5 stars from me!

Our tour guide was Sabrina and she was so knowledgeable of the art in the museum. As an art teacher, I was familiar with the art but still she still had information about it that I didn’t know. However, my husband said he learned to much and was so impressed with everything he learned. Highly recommend!!

Our fault, but the instructions weren’t specific enough as to where the Gallery was. We entered at the far north end and it was a15 minute walk traversing the beautiful gardens to get to the far south end where the Gallery was. We almost missed our tour.
