Excellent service from the company, who communicated days before the activity to address questions and provide all the instructions. Fabrizzio arrived on time at our meeting point and helped with all the entry procedures, making the process quick and smooth.

Do not take a ticket by an agency. Buy directly from the gallery. Take an audio guide on site. We had to have a guided tour and we didn’t have one. Very disappointed!
Great visit, easy and fast with skip-the-line ticket. It is essential to book in advance. On the other hand, the audioguides are to be reviewed: a lot of time is wasted before finding certain works in question since there are a hundred works in each room!

I inform you that I did not benefit from this reservation. I did not receive the tickets. I had an email informing me that there is free entry on the first Sunday of every month. It was not like that.
We highly suggest booking your timed entry ahead of time as the gallery regulates the number of guests / tours / people it allows in. This allowed our group to walk right in and to enjoy the artwork.

i bought the tickets to the gallery months ahead of our scheduled visit to Rome, rec'd a confirmation and my credit card was charged. Two weeks before our trip, I rec'd a WhatsApp message from the Gallery that a 'glitch' had occurred on the website and there were no tickets available.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and truly regret that you couldn’t enjoy your planned visit to the Borghese Gallery. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we’ll continue working closely with the Gallery to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

Extremely disappointed with the price of €76 for two with skip-the-line , whereas on the site ( on site ) the ticket is €15 and there is absolutely no queue.
