Description
Découvrez Bolzano, la porte d'entrée des Dolomites lors de cette visite de 3 heures en petit groupe. Votre guide local vous conduira à travers le centre historique pour un voyage gastronomique, culturel et historique de cette remarquable ville alpine. Au cours de cette visite à pied, vous aurez l'occasion de savourer et de goûter des échantillons de restaurants et de stands de cuisine de rue uniques à Bolzano, connus et appréciés des habitants, véritables ambassadeurs de la tradition authentique et de la vie quotidienne. Certaines des dégustations pourraient être les meilleures saucisses de la ville, du pain local, des bonbons et des gâteaux traditionnels ainsi que des plats italiens traditionnels. De plus, vous ferez l'expérience d'un cocktail local du Tyrol du Sud et, selon votre préférence, d'un verre d'un grand vin ou d'une bière artisanale de l'une des micro-brasseries locales. Au cours de votre voyage gastronomique, découvrez les arcades médiévales, la place du marché et d'autres sites incontournables.

Rencontrez votre guide pour commencer votre visite à pied, qui offre un aperçu de l'histoire et de la tradition viticole de Bolzano. Votre premier arrêt de stand de nourriture vous donnera l'occasion de déguster un Wuerstel (saucisse), qui est un exemple typique de la tradition autrichienne et allemande. En vous déplaçant, vous visiterez ensuite un producteur de pain local où vous dégusterez un type de pain très spécial, le Schuettelbrot. Ensuite, vous vous dirigerez vers l'Église franciscaine. Pendant qu'ici, vous apprendrez à connaître l'un de ses célèbres invités. Ensuite, rendez-vous dans la plus ancienne boulangerie de la ville pour déguster des bonbons et des gâteaux locaux. En continuant, vous marcherez le long de la rue médiévale pour votre prochain arrêt, une trattoria populaire pour un Happy hour très italien avec bruschette et un cocktail local. En plus de votre voyage gastronomique, découvrez les arcades médiévales et arrêtez-vous dans la plus ancienne auberge de la ville pour une dégustation de bière. Claudia was amazing! She is so knowledgeable about so many things to do with Bolzano, the whole region & the history. The food and drinks were just delicious! We have found that the best way to discover a new town is through it’s food! Bolzano is an amazing food place, having the cross over of the German and Italian food cultures. It is even better when Sharon is your guide. Her english was impeccable and being a local, she knew all if the nooks and crannies. We grazed through all of the food groups, including a brewery whose building was first inhabited in the 1400’s as a winery and we had a delightful flught of 5 different beers that changed my perspective on German basic blond beer.
