Gud was an excellent guide, lots of Iceland history and info about highlights. Our Golden Circle Tour and Laugauras Lagoon but was not an option. He was so informative at Pingvellir National Park. He was also funny. Totally enjoyed his tour

Very good experience, Christian is very pleasant and gives explanations throughout the bus trips. We recommend!

Konstantious went out his way to drop us back due to the bad weather. We are very thankful.

Another great day out, the blue lagoon was very hot, we had fun with the face masks. Everyone was very friendly. Beautiful. Sadly we didn't get to see the Northern lights threw the naked eye as it was too cloudy, although the company did offer us another visit.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the Blue Lagoon, the face masks, and the friendly atmosphere. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed, but we’re happy to hear there was an opportunity to reschedule and try again for another chance to see them. Best regards, Zuzanna
The blue lagoon was definitely my favourite place we went, went for 4 days, Albert was an amazing tour guide and very patient with a bunch of teenagers who were constantly late to getting back on the bus
Hello, Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that Albert made your tour enjoyable and patient, especially with the group of teenagers, and that the Blue Lagoon was a highlight of your trip! Best regards, Zuzanna
Very efficient and well organized. For the most part sights were easily accessible for older individuals and those with reduced mobility (e.g., paved paths, handrails, etc.). There was a decent amount of time at each stop, could have been more, but was sufficient to see the sights. Toilets available at each stop. The bus was very comfortable. Driver Bjorn was a great driver, kept us safe and picked us up and dropped us off at easy locations. Guide Albert was very knowledgeable, a little abrasive and seemed like he was annoyed with us at first but was fine once the tour got started.
Dear Traveler, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the tour efficient, well-organized, and accessible, with comfortable transport and convenient stops. It’s great that Bjorn ensured a safe journey and that Albert’s knowledge enhanced your experience. We appreciate your honest comments about the guide, as this helps us improve for future tours. Best Regards
Our family of 4 had a blue lagoon tour by reykjavik excursions . Pick up time was at 10 am and we got to the pick up location ( bus stop 15 ) by 9:15 am since they told us bus may get to location earlier by 30 mins. Bus didn't come by 10 am so we called and their response was that bus was at the location and didn't see anyone so it did not stop. Excursion representative did not want to hear my side and just told me that bus was there and we weren't. She told us to pay extra for another pickup and also pay extra fee for blue lagoon tickets since time slot has changed. I found out later from my hotel cleark that reykjavik excursions did not pick up other hotel guests who had different time slot and blamed them for not showing up. Funny thing is that on a different day, I was on a golden circle tour by this excursion company and was well aware of what bus looked like and how their operations worked. Even on that tour, they overbooked the tour and had to let people wait for a different time slot later . They scam people by overbooking , charge extra blaming missed pickups. This excursion company is totally unprofessional, scams people and they need to get investigated by the Iceland government. Stay away from this company.

Our trip was amazing. Guide Mr G & driver Arm interacted with us brilliantly , their knowledge was amazing. Trip was perfect in every way
So we started with the blue lagoon and it was really good, expensive when you get in. There is no need to pay 30 pound for two slushes with a tiny bit of wine in them, but it is what it is your a captive audience I suppose. The lagoon itself is really nice. Good views and when you find a hot spot it’s amazing. The Northern lights…. So you book this on a whim there isn’t a set rule that you will see them. Clear skies etc help but still it’s a luck game. We have been very lucky. We arrived at the viewing point, got off the coach and within minutes they appeared, honestly the most amazing experience, they lasted for a good hour and a half. Lighting up the skies above our heads. It was amazing to say the least. 10/10
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the Blue Lagoon and found the hot spots truly relaxing. It’s fantastic that you were lucky enough to witness the Northern Lights—what an incredible sight! We appreciate your honest feedback and are thrilled your evening was a 10/10 experience. Kind regards, Sesili
You do not provide clear or accurate tour information. Getting to and from pickup location was misleading. You said a guide would be provided for the tour, there was no guide for the Blue Lagoon. This was not a tour it was 2 different tours with misleading pickup/ drop off information
Dear Ridgely, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. For clarity, the Blue Lagoon is a scheduled stop where guests can enjoy the Comfort Package, while the Northern Lights portion of the day is a guided tour in the evening. After the Blue Lagoon, guests return to Reykjavik before continuing with the Northern Lights tour. Detailed itineraries, including pick-up and drop-off information, are available on our website, and we always encourage guests to review them or contact us directly with any questions before their trip. We appreciate your comments as they help us improve our services. Warm regards, Inga
