Blue Cave et Kotor Bay luxueuse croisière 3H

Description

Had a great time. Our guide was very accommodating. The only issue we had was the amount of tour boats vying for space in tiny inlet. Not for young children.
It was very rushed. Only 10 minutes to swim. Very rough ride on speedboat. First stop we were told to return in 35 minutes...we all waited an extra 10 minutes. I think our driver was with his girlfriend & lost track of time. He never offered us a beverage. We had to ask & he only had water. When it came time to swim he couldn't find life jackets. They were locked & he didn't have a key. By the time he got it open we only had 1p minutes to swim. : (
Started poorly as clearly they were not prepared for our booking of 9ppl. Booked through Viator for Enjoy Toure. We started 30 mins late, guide didnt talk for more the. 5 mins and clealry was rushed to make up the 30 minutes late they atqrted. No offer of drinks, no snorkel equipment and we had to ask to grab life jackets (only 3 for 9 of us) to float with when dropped 50 yards from blue cave and told to jump overboard and swim to blue cave and watch out for boats. boat had garbage from prev guests, Was advertised to be 30 mins at blue cave. we were given 15. drive by lady of the rocks. didnt have but 30s to snap a pic as we drove away. lastly, getting on and off boat was at your own risk as boat bobbed around. disappointed snd did not match what was described.
Blue caves were amazing but our driver and provider were disappointing. 3 hour private tour? We left late and got back early and were joined by 7 other people. no drinks, no buoyancy aids and no snorkelling gear. We were the only boat where the middle aged, jack the lad driver found it ok to blast the eardrums out of the guests to please the two pretty girls travelling together with x rated R&B/latin music for nearly 3 straight hours, (there were young kids on our boat) First time I have never left a tip, as I couldn’t wait to get off the boat. Plenty of others operators offering the same trip, so would avoid this one as there was nothing at all luxurious about it!
Captain was stopped by the port police taking 20 minutes away from the tour. No water or soda was offered while on the boat (as advertised). THEN the boat ran out of gas on the way back to shore! We got towed back but we almost missed the last tender back to the cruise ship. The blue cave was beautiful.
We were unable to go to the Blue Cave because the water was "too rough". Also, other people we knew were able to go the the Blue Cave around the same time as we were scheduled. We should have been given the option to opt out of the trip if the captain felt the adventure was too risky. Also, we feel we should receive a refund for at least half of the cost because we booked the tour specifically to see the Blue Cave. Please let me know if a partial refund is available. The trip should not be offered if there is a great probability of cancelation. Otherwise, the boating adventure was pleasurable. Thank you!
The guide was nice and we enjoyed the experience: Finding the correct spot was difficult, no signage. Description said included water and soda but none was provided or available.
The scenery in Montenegro is stunning by boat. We loved visiting the Blue Caves and getting the chance to swim in the crystal clear water of the Adriatic Sea. Our driver and guide was excellent as well.
Be wary of this one as is absolutely not as described. We booked through Trip Advisor (who's customer support has also ben terrible and have had no interest in the issues we had. Refused a refund even though the trip was not as sold). The instructions given of where to meet were completely incorrect, meaning we were stood around for an hour after arriving with no idea what was happening. Thankfully a kind person from another boat company helped us out. When we got on the boat it was not at all as expected. Small boat which was very uncomeatable and actually felt quite unsafe at times. Had a sore back for days after from being thrown up and down in the boat. Two of the stops mentioned were not visited and we only had 5 minutes at the other two. No water on refreshments as advertised. The trip started an hour late, and the time was not made up at the end meaning we only had two hours on the boat. Disappointed with trip in general, and would definitely recommend other boat companies over this one. Also poor from Trip advisor and will think again before booking anything through them.
We are sorry to hear about your experience, but it appears you have left this review on the wrong company. Our boat tours are run on larger, comfortable vessels with accurate meeting instructions, full advertised stops, and all included refreshments. We have no connection to the operator you described. Please consider contacting the correct provider or Trip Advisor to update your review. Thank you.
We arrived at the port and walked to address provided. No one with the company name/ sign or any other identifiers . The person picking us up was 20 minutes past start time. First this was a small boat and we had 12 in our group and one ended up not going. There would have been nowhere for them. There were not enough life jackets for those on the boat. No snorkeling equipment provided. Had 2 pair of goggles only. No drinks provided. Was told very minimal on history of the sites and was not allowed off at the Historic church. The boat ride itself was fun but was disappointed that we did not get what they say they’re including. Had we know we would have went with a different company. We were taken back at the original stated time even though we start almost 30 minutes late. Go with a different company!!
We’re sorry for your disappointment, but it seems you’ve reviewed the wrong company. We are not “Enjoy Boat Tours”. Our tours use professional captains, comfortable and safe boats, and informative guides who happily share details about the sights. We recommend contacting the correct operator directly. Thank you.
