Un seul coup d’œil sur la vue panoramique du Malahat SkyWalk et les visiteurs sont immédiatement émerveillés. L’impressionnante tour en spirale de 10 étages amène les visiteurs à 250 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer pour profiter d’une vue à 360 degrés sur les îles, les fjords, les forêts et les montagnes. Menant à la tour, la passerelle surélevée de 600 m place les visiteurs parmi les cimes vertigineuses des arbousiers et des sapins de Douglas de la côte ouest. Et les amateurs de sensations fortes peuvent traverser le filet au sommet du SkyWalk et descendre le toboggan en spirale « célèbre sur Instagram » à l’intérieur de la tour. Des boissons chaudes et froides locales et des collations du Café peuvent être dégustées dans un certain nombre d’espaces de restauration pittoresques. Située à seulement 35 minutes de Victoria, cette expérience insulaire classique peut être appréciée par tous les âges et est accessible aux fauteuils roulants et aux poussettes.

Plongez dans une nature vierge : une montagne escarpée et boisée, au-dessus de la mer des Salish. Montez la rampe en spirale pour atteindre le sommet de l'aventure. À 250 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, la tour offre certaines des meilleures vues de l'île de Vancouver, notamment un panorama panoramique sur le mont Baker, Finlayson Arm, la péninsule de Saanich et les îles de deux pays. Explorez la côte ouest sous un tout nouveau point de vue, puis choisissez votre descente avec un retour à pied sur la rampe ou empruntez l'itinéraire rapide sur notre toboggan en spirale. L'arbousier, ou madrone du Pacifique, apparaît merveilleusement exotique avec son bois chartreux lisse recouvert d'une écorce rougeâtre et papyracée. Il pousse sur les côtes rocheuses et porte au printemps des fleurs blanches qui sentent bon le miel. En automne, les baies rouges aident à nourrir de nombreux oiseaux et animaux sauvages locaux. Descendre de la tour sur le toboggan en spirale de 20 mètres pourrait être la seule chose aussi impressionnante que la vue depuis le sommet. Great attraction with beautiful views. The slide down was fun for all ages. Beautiful driftwood artwork along the path. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the views from all angles. I used a scooter all the way up and it was fully. accessible

We really enjoyed our outing..just make sure to dress in layers for the weather as it changes quickly and have an umbrella. Staff very friendly. Glad there was a concession and a place to sit under a umbrella😉.

Malahat SkyWalk is absolutely incredible! From the moment you step onto the skywalk, the panoramic views of the forest, mountains, and ocean are simply stunning. The structure feels very safe and well-built, and the height gives you that perfect mix of thrill and awe. The highlight for us was the slide — it’s so much fun and really thrilling! It’s safe and enjoyable. Both adults and kids will love it!

Awesome experience! View is stunning. Be ready to walk to the skywalk from the front. We had 2 seniors with our family and they walked slow but they made it up there. Little activities for the kids along the way. And there’s a playground at the bottom along with other activities like the large jenka, corn hole and connect four. Plus snacks, drinks and ice cream! Nice experience!!

Viator was so easy to use and better cost compared to the actual site. Go early to beat the crowds and strong afternoon sun (no shade at the top). Beautiful views, got lucky with fantastic weather. Spent about an hour at the top soaking up the sun and admiring the views. Walked back to the welcome center on the trail through the trees; fun little hike - just be aware it’s longer than the treewalk, not paved/has loose gravel, and there are some inclines/declines. Didn’t have any treats or food, so can’t comment on that. Gift shop was cute.

Very beautiful and worth the trip. We did the free shuttle which was right on time (NOTE right on time…if it says depart at 9:10am it is pulling away at 9:10am,). I appreciate the bus schedule and enjoyed the smooth ride up and back. We were done in a little over an hour and enjoyed relaxing on chairs with amazing views until our return bus. The hang out over the side is super fun and the slide down is a must. Highly recommend this if visiting Victoria!

This was great. Had an issue opening the link for tickets, which was a viator issue not site issue and the site staff was super helpful and took care of finding the reservation and getting us in. Would like just buy direct next time.
