I had the absolute worst experience booking this tour as the 3rd party company TravziWorld not only did not update me that the balloons were not operating the day of my booking, but they continued to text me upon arrival to guide me to the balloon operator who explained the company updates their site daily so the 3rd party companies like TravziWorld can update their customers. When I requested TravziWorld for a refund they ignored my messages, even though I’ve sent several messages at least 6 times now to request for a refund. I do not recommend booking with them!

In such cases, the activity can be rescheduled for a future date. Additionally, a weather widget was included on the ticket to assist you in monitoring conditions prior to your activity and planning your visit accordingly. I can also confirm that barcoded tickets were sent to you one day before the activity to allow you to review the weather conditions in advance. We would like to emphasize that there was no miscommunication from our side, as all terms and conditions were transparently communicated beforehand. Nonetheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we accommodated your request for a refund, which was promptly initiated to the booking source. As the booking was processed through 3rd Party Website, we kindly advised you to coordinate with them directly to claim and complete your refund process. While we understand your disappointment, we regret to inform you that further compensation cannot be authorized, as the terms were clearly outlined and adhered to appropriately.
