Rude and stressful

Through the third party, Destination Europe Florence, the experience was not pleasant. We purchased skip the line tickets from USA in advance and two days before our visit was contacted that our time needed to be changed from noon to 4 pm. The day we arrived the person who changed our time was not present. He sent me a name of a contact, and told me a changed meeting place. When I went to the meeting place the individual there was very, very rude and tried to send us away. After a stressful few other conversations we were then handed tickets and had to wait in line. So annoying and unnecessarily stressful when purchasing Skip the Line tickets in advance. The inside of the gallery was fabulous, which has zero to do with the third party.

Easiest way to skip the...

Easiest way to skip the line! Trying to find who we were supposed to meet was a little tricky but from there it was a breeze! An amazing experience!

Disappointed

I would not recommend Destination Tours. The communication last minute a change in tour time which disrupted the schedule of our day. Once in line redeeming tickets the representative changed our time again. Audio guide was to be included and it was not. No way to access the audio. Beware of this company.

Easy for Last Minute Access to Gallery

It is difficult to get tickets at the last minute for a group to this gallery, but when you know you MUST see David, then this is the solution! I got a ticket for one about two hours before I was able to enter. Meet-up to redeem voucher was easy to find. I arrived a little early and was given an earlier ticket for admission. Once I had my ticket I walked right in!

I was excited about this but came to learn the tickets I bought were not valid since I was sold Free Admission Day tickets. I was messaged to see if I wanted to change my day to the day before on a Saturday. I said yes. Took a 6am train from Rome to get there. I was communicating with the operator the whole time. Until they went silent. Once I arrived, I was told my tickets were invalid since the operator never sent a new confirmation and new tickets. By that time I was tired and defeated. I haven’t even looked that the last message from the operator since I don’t want their drama. I asked for a refund and they denied it. Why would a supplier who lives in Florence and Knows that every first Sunday of each month is a Free Day have tickets for sale? This goes to show how much they Do Not Care about the experience of people who purchase from them and just want to make money off anyone who’s willing to pay. It’s exhausting getting tickets to see anything in Italy and my exhaustion got the best of me. We were going to try and come back the next day -Sunday. But decided not to. Obviously it was a sign from the universe to just relax and enjoy the city without the craziness of deceitful tour operators. I do not recommend this supplier. I’m also sure they will respond to this comment with something rude and sassy saying how it was my fault. But at the end of the day I was sold tickets for a Free Admission Day. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Be on time!

Try to stick to the time you book. We arrived a little early and were fortunate to go in a bit quicker but a couple in front of us were late and were chagrined at having to wait. Absolutely fantastic venue. Clear directions of where to pick up our tickets and the agent was prompt and friendly.

Fast & Efficient

On time and made access so easy compared to the other lines/cues. Downloaded the audio tour from your agent and we were off to the races!

Unhapoy

Getting the tickets was horrifying. We had to get our your guide to do it for us. It was not a happy experience.

Absolutely a disaster...

Absolutely a disaster when it comes to coordinating the access to tickets and the line. Don’t waste your money with Viator as you will wait twice as long!

Easy way to skip the lines

Easy to get the tickets at the meetup spot. The guide also helped us get into the correct line. Very simple and easy to do!
