- Formule Rossa sur Ferrari World.À l'avenir, les clients devront réserver leurs créneaux horaires conformément aux directives suivantes : 1. Réservation requise: Formule Rossa exige désormais une réservation à l'entrée du parc sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi. 2. Comment réserver: Vous pourrez scanner le code QR à l'entrée du parc ou vous rendre au bureau d'information pour réserver une plage horaire de 30 minutes. 3. Disponibilité limitée: Les plages horaires sont limitées, nous vous recommandons donc de réserver immédiatement à votre arrivée. 4. Accès en soirée: De 18h00 à 20h00, aucun créneau horaire n'est requis; l'accès direct est autorisé. 5. Mise à niveau rapide: La voie rapide standard n'est pas valable pour la Formule Rossa. Vous pourrez passer à la Formule Rossa Fast Track pour 50 AED par trajet. 6. Limites de réservation: Chaque adresse e-mail est limitée à une plage horaire par jour, avec un maximum de 5 invités par réservation. After booking incudling pick up from hotel they told that they cant pick up from my area then they told me on the last minute that the booking is reschedulled because it is fully booked and we can book a private transfer. I dont recommend for anyone.

The trip to Yas Island was an amazing experience. We we had a one and a half hour trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi but we hardly felt bored as the driver kept engaging us with his conversations. He told us all about Dubai like cheap shopping places, Indian Restaurants and many other things. He even recommended a Go Karting area which was one of the best experience for my kids. He also showed as Formula 1 track which we never imagined we would see. I would recommend Saeed Akhtar (our driver/licensed guide) to anyone who wants a good tour of the U.A.E.

The views were amazing especially the Grand Mosque and the city tour. The driver Muhammed Saeed Akhtar was amazing, professional, calm, patient,caring and was all out to ensure we had a good experience. Kudos to him.

The worst company I ever came across - Booked a B2b holiday package from them, which was booked for Wrong hotel by them.......Nobody, literally nobody took the responsibility and even stopped coming on calls.......the issue was never resolved. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM

I am reaching out regarding an issue with the Ferrari World ticket I purchased from your platform. Upon arrival, the ticket was initially marked as invalid, and upon a second attempt, it was flagged as already used. I immediately contacted your team on the same day, but despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a resolution. The park staff advised me to contact the tour agency directly, and I have been waiting for a response. Given the lack of resolution, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and my bank.

Everything was covered. Pick up and drop off from dubai. Very clear and fast service to Ferrari world.
The driver arrived on time for the transfers and was in constant communication with us. We enjoyed the full day at the park and he was on time for pick up. We were on the last ride and requested 10 minutes extra which he graciously granted. Thanks Ali
