Great Coach journey. Safe lady driver, clean coach with comfortable seats and nice air-conditioning. Set off and arrival on time.

This was literally the worst experience of Morocco. Coach had no toilet, no air con, no WiFi as described. The driver decided to delay us for 30 minutes whilst his mates shouted nonsense and begged for money. Then we stopped again whilst his mates jumped off for drinks. No mention of toilet break. All desperate. 30 minutes there🙄 The coach was an uncomfortable sweat box and was the worst coach journey I’ve been on at 52. Awful. Do yourself a favour, spend the extra twenty or thirty quid for a private hire with air con.

The bus was efficient and ran very much on time from departure to arrival. The bus was in good condition and the driver drove safely. The rows of seats were very close to each other however, providing insufficient leg room, and if the passenger in front decided to recline their seat, things got quite uncomfortable. There were two things that made the experience less than ideal. The first was that it was not clearly communicated in the booking process that it cost extra to check luggage to go under the bus, and that this had to be done in person at the bus station prior to boarding. This is not something I have experienced before with long distance travel (35+ years in four continents). The second thing was that it was not communicated that the departure and arrival stations of the bus in Marrakech were on completely different sides of the railway station. I checked with other passengers who were equally confused. This caused some stress as we had a very short changeover time to a train and had planned our way from the bus to the train, only to find ourselves arriving in an unknown place. In the end it was fine, but I would have thought that different stations for arrival and departure in the same town is something worth informing passengers of.

The journey itself was smooth, on time etc. The older woman in the Essaouira office was rude and unhelpful. As with many on holiday I had no access to data on my phone. She said there was none in the office to access my tickets and couldn't have cared less or been less helpful to help us find WiFi somewhere to allow us to access them. How can a cosh firm with hundreds of passengers coming in and out every day not have WiFi they can briefly let their customers use? It's 2026. And employ staff who like working with the public. Your employee had very obviously had enough of tourists. Which I get. So get another job if you just can't be bothered

We had a great journey from Essaouira to Marrakech on Supratour bus. We booked through 12GO and paid €50 for 4 adult tickets which for a 3 HR journey is great value. After booking I had to wait a few days to get the seats confirmed but I had booked early so it wasn't a problem. You pay 6MAD to put your suitcase in the hold. Booking was straight forward, just get to the Supratour office 20-30 mins before bus leaves to get your actual ticket. You are given a seat number that it's best to stick to. The bus leaves right on time and stopped half way for a toilet/snack break for 20min. Very comfortable aircon bus and the road to Marrakech was very well maintained and traffic pretty quiet compared to UK motorways despite it being midday. Driver was driving safely.Arrived right on time and lots of taxis there to take people wherever they wanted to go. Would definitely use again.

Modern bus with air conditioning. Comfortable seats. Great driver. We had a 20 minute rest stop. Would recommend.
